We were very happy with Richard and hie team.
They were reliable and a competitive price.

My mum used this company. They took a lorry load the day before, which they said would be kept secure overnight.
Upon unpacking the last of her boxes and searching everywhere, she was heartbroken to find that all her jewellery was gone.
Unfortunately, because it took my mum over a week to unpack everything and she is a very trusting person, she expected the jewellery to be there.
As with other reviews, she was not given an itinerary or contract, which the police have said is very strange!
Police are investigating. I have heard, this is not the first time!

Chose FRS as they were mid-price range for a move of 4-bed house contents from Wiltshire to Lancashire. Initial survey was good, all seemed professional. A few weeks before moving, we were informed that they would have to split the job into 2 runs, after losing their large delivery lorry & driver...and put the cost up from £3.4k to £4k! Not impressed, but managed to agree a small reduction. What stunned me, after 19 house moves with the military over 30+ years, we did not get an inventory of any kind, so its now beyond us to try and locate any sense of where stuff might be that they packed. Despite being asked what furniture we wanted to go on the first run, they didn't load it and took other items that we didn't need. No sense of fully packing up a complete room and random items left in a room, then stuffed into boxes from another room. Really? At one point during the 2nd delivery, it became fractious and strained. They may be great for small volume, local/regional moves, but I got the sense they didn't like this job either.

Well what can we say.
Richard and his very friendly team rocked up on time and with smiles. On a showery day in July the guys were ready to work with alittle banter and hard graft the already packed up house was in the truck and ready to move, so professional and fast, the boss Richard was a really helpful and straight up guy, his guys were great even having to hump the furniture up to the third floor apartment.
We put on food so after a quick lunch break it was back at it with renewed strength and lots of banter ( fantastic )

Both Richard and Julian were very efficient. I had a 3 piece sofa set and one was a sofa bed so extremely heavy, especially when climbing 2 flights of stairs. They were friendly, talkative and professional in their job and overall great to work with. Very big thanks!

Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Picked up 25+ moving boxes of varying sizes and weights from a 2nd floor flat (only accessible by stairs!), loaded all securely on the truck, and delivered and placed in storage unit. Super nice people. Highly recommend.
