Expensive but very supportive

I was impressed at the Welcome Pack I was sent, and also by the regular YouTube videos emailed by the director, Katharine Gray, which gave some helpful advice for Christian dating. I was impressed at the tenacity of the Sales department, who did allow a gap of several months between calls, although I didn't return all their calls as I wasn't ready to make a decision. (I was then called by Katharine, after a polite interval, who managed to persuade me to take the plunge.) I was also impressed that FriendsFirst advertised a photoshoot included in the package, which I am glad I took advantage of as I liked the results.

When I received my first profiles I was a bit disappointed, since the one person that I actually felt compelled to contact didn't bother to reply. I then contacted a couple of the other people, both of whom were polite, one saying that he was seeing someone so wouldn't start a conversation, and another, after our brief correspondence, very politely saying that he wouldn't pursue our conversation (which was fine by me since I hadn't been feeling much of a spark either!).

When I emailed FF re my disappointment with the profiles, I received a helpful email reply and a call from Katharine. I have received helpful replies to all other queries I have had, so all in all I am very impressed by FriendsFirst.

Things are now going better, since I was recently contacted by someone who'd seen my profile. We seem to have a lot in common, but I will see how things go, since the person lives rather a long way off...
