Do not buy from this site,avoid like a plaque.I ordered few dresses.The quality was so awful,I send it back,they didn't pay refund.And if you try to write negative coment on the site they not publishing.Brrrr

I ordered suit which came horribly made. Seams on bottoms are not even stitched evenly together, you can see elastic thru top part of bottoms, the stitching poor in multiple areas. Sizing desc inaccurate too. When contacting them for return and sending pics they refuse to refund . Want me to send back to China for refund. Seriously.....
I wish I new this was a Chinese company and that I saw all these bad reviews prior to ordering. Same thing I see there telling others is what they are replying to me as well. Maybe you can sell suit. We will give you 15% off your next purchase. How about you make you product properly.... They even stopped me from warning others in comments on facebook.. what hiding ??? Scammers....beware......

This is the worse online store I have ever bought from. The sizes are not accurate. When I I asked to return the order, they said I had to pay for the shipment back to China. I lost my money entirely because the cost of the shipment is very high. I am stuck with a robe and two bathing suits that I cannot use. I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. I order a lot online but never have I lost all my money because the items don't have the right fit and there is no true way to make a return. BUYER BEWARE... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE AND RISK HAVING TO LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY.

Terrible. I wanted to return or exchange my 3 jumpsuits that didnt fit, and they refused to send me a return address

DO NOT buy from them! Swimsuit took 3 weeks to arrive and then was TERRIBLE quality! The pattern didn’t even match up at the side seams! When I emailed they said I would have it pay return shipping-to China! $30 to return a $26 swimsuit because it was crap?!?! Stay far far away from this terrible company!!

Don’t do it!!! Ordered 3 jumpsuits, 2 dresses, a bathing suit and a top from this company after seeing an ad on facebook. 100% misleading as to being a China based company. Items are terrible quality, poorly stitched, cheap fabrics, not as pictured, sketchy on sizing and one of my items shrunk so badly after an initial cold water/hang dry wash I can’t use it (there are no washing labels inside the garments). My bathing suit has no chest padding and my t-shirt was made of polyester. Paid about $185 for my order and have had zero response from company about returning items. Lesson learned! Order local!

Yikes! I ordered a few swimsuits from this "company" and upon receiving them they were terrible quality and not as shown in the picture online. So I contacted customer service to return the items. After going back and forth, they wont pay for return shipping and also advised me to just keep the products and try to sell them myself...lol. Here is a quote from my customer service email
"Dear，
Sorry for the inconvenience
How about we pay you $10 to keep the clothes or resell them to someone else? If you need to return them, you may have to pay an expensive freight。

Seller is a scam from China. Products are poor quality and different from how they appear in the photos. Seller refuses to honor refund/return shipping reimbursement. If you got scammed, report it to PayPal to get your refund. Good luck!

Update:
I filed a claim with PayPal since the seller refused to refund me the money. (The seller even had the gall to tell me: "How about we pay you $5 to keep the clothes or resell them to someone else? If you need to return them, you may have to pay an expensive freight." They KNEW the expensive international return shipping would deter most customers from returning the awful product and be resigned to the fact that they got scammed.) Anyway, after about a week of deliberation, PayPal agreed to settle the claim in my favor and I was finally refunded my money. But here's the kicker - PayPal is refunding me at their own expense due to "unique circumstances"! I'm not sure what's these "unique circumstances" are that would prevent this seller in China from suffering consequences for scamming people, which explains why they KEEP scamming buyers. But hopefully now that you know, you can also protect yourself and report the situation to PayPal. Hopefully with enough complaints, PayPal will finally kick this seller out so they can't scam any more people.

Stay FAR away from this store. They make themselves out to be a US-based shop. My guess is they hired a pretty good copywriter from the US to write their website content, but they're 100% based in China with a Chinese staff. (You don't find this out until after you've already purchased their products. Here's a rundown of everything that's wrong with this shop: 1) High prices for low quality products. Their prices are not cheap. For the amount you pay for a dress, you would expect something along Express or Zara quality, but what you're getting is actually worse than H&M or Forever 21 quality. It's cheap polyester that doesn't fit well. And the thread is already coming apart at some of the major seams. I'm assuming in their photos, they must've used a ridiculous amount of safety pins to produce that look - but to be clear, what you're receiving is NOT what's depicted in their images.
2) Ridiculously long shipping time and poor packaging. My order took over 2 weeks to arrive. It wasn't until I checked that I realized they're shipping out of China using their cheapest, slowest shipping method. The packaging was non-existent, just a black, crinkly bag. The packaging was so poor, that the bag ripped during the shipment, and the product I received was scuffed up and stained. You'd think you ordered a commodity item off of a Chinese seller on eBay. It was not reflective of the price I paid.
3) Horrible customer service. Here is where their broken English becomes apparent. Their customer reps copy and paste their responses to you (twice!) with all the same grammatical and spelling errors. They won't pay for your return shipping (which is obviously a lot, since you're paying to ship back to China).
All their "positive" reviews on their website are fake!

Very disappointing, avoid by all means! The quality of the clothes is disastrous. Both fabric and how they are made are way below what you expect from the positive reviews on their page.

They state that they have a return policy but when I tried using it they just offered me some dollars instead. I paid almost 100 dollars for three items that I can never use.

I also really wish I had done more research before buying a product from them. I just received a blue and white jumpsuit that had wonderful reviews on their website. The jumpsuit is poorly made, does not have a label in it nor is the item tagged. It appears to be made by someone with very poor sewing skills and the proportions are completely off. The customer service department can only be reached via email and offered me a 15% percent discount off a future purchase and suggested that I could re-sell this un-tagged item. I agree that they are corrupt, don’t be fooled like I was.

I really wish I had done more research before buying a product from them. I just received the dress I ordered that had wonderful reviews on their website.🙄 The picture they show looks nothing like what you actually get. It was the ugliest, cheapest dress I have ever seen. I complained and even sent pictures showing how different the dress looks from what they advertise and how there were loose threads and seams all over it. They said it’s the same dress, ignored my complaint about the quality and condition of it, and offered me a DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT ORDER. Yeah no thanks. Lesson learned. They are corrupt, don’t be fooled like I was.

I am still waiting for my item I ordered, I wished I would looked them up first.

I feel so dumb ordering from this "company". Its a complete scam & waste of money. I wanted to return my items and they offered a discount or asked if I could re-sell the items?! And I HAD to pay to return the items which is over to China! DO NOT BUY from this site. Its a complete rip off and needs to be shut down!!!!

WARNING! NEVER EVER order from Frigirl.com!! They never delivered the items and made up excuses for two months. I got help from PayPal and they decided in my favor, therefore I got my money back.

I did not receive a purchase confirmation e-mail, which led me to think it was a scam. When I opened a dispute with paypal, they informed me they had sent the items that day. The dresses were not as pictured and looked cheap. I wrote a review (bad) on their website about one of the dresses and it never got published.

To be honest, i had exactly the same experience as everyone else here. But i managed to get an adress to return clothes.
They say financially it is not worth sending ot back. But to be honest it is. The order value is£45 and the parcel via courier toChina £11! So totally worth it. I did not agree for £7 discount and a discount to the next order as i said them i am not goung to order from you ever again! Poor quality, chinese sizing and is different to our European (much much smaller) and i got send the wrong colour. Customer service poor as well. How can you tell customer to try to sell it or give it to a friend. As if anyone would want to wear it

TERRIBLE QUALITY - Not even close to what you pay for it. Not as advertised. VERY CHEAP!! Unevenly sewn, not lined as pictures, doesnt actually unbotton as described in their fake online reviews, cheap plastic strap hooks that will break undoubtedly, and when I askked for a return address they asked me to just gift the item to family or friend instead!! They were not mean but this is terrible customer service. They are falsely advertising and then becuase it takes so much to return ship, hope you keep the item anyways. They did offer me a whopping $5 discount on a future order that I will never place. UNSATISFIED _ BUYERS BEWARE!

Awful sizing, awful quality, one bikini actually fell apart as I tried it on. Awful customer service. It was all sent from China and took a month to arrive.
I complained and they told me to sell the bikinis and they would give me 15% discount on my next order. Like I would buy anything else from them!
They keep sending the same repeat email. I’m a size 12 and I actually gave one of the bikinis to my friends 10 year old daughter as it fitted her!!!
Don’t make the mistake of ordering like I did!! So cross with myself for being so stupid. Fifty quid down the drain!!!!

I ordered 5 items from shein and they were all lovely quality, i wore them on my holiday abroad and got alot of compliments from my fiances family there because the outfits were so pretty 💕 the delivery was alittle slow but overall the quality of the products were good. Just be careful with sizes as they can be alittle short or tight but it clearly gives a size chart on each product so you have an idea of how long or short etc it will be.

I ordered two dresses. I received them both at the same time. One was correct, the other was the wrong pattern. I emailed their help dept and the person had me send them pictures of what I ordered and what I received. So I did, took a picture of the dress and the screenshot of my order. Then they had me scan the barcode of the bag it came it. Which I did. They decided that they sent me the right item, wbrn CLEARLY by looking at the pattern it was completely wrong. So I’m out $25 on a dress i didn’t order. I suggest going elsewhere and paying more for your better quality clothes
