No response to customer inquiries

I have placed my order on 16. January which has been handled rather swiftly by Friliv. In hindsight probably too swiftly for their service team. I have selected and paid an additional fee for PostNord Homedivery but the package has been sent as a Service Point delivery.

I have tried to contact customer service to enquire about the refund several times via eMail and phone but sadly never heard back. This leaves a sour aftertaste. These things can happen when one aums for swift delivery. But not reponding to valid customer inquiries is simply not good enough.

Initial delay, but overall a very pleasant experience.

I have placed an order on the 1st of November (I will mention I placed it in the evening to be fair), and I have not yet received any news of my package actually being shipped.
I wrote an email to them and they answered on the 4th of November very nicely, and said they will ship my order later during the day.
I appreciate the way you talk to your customers, but it is now the 7th of November. I was very much hoping that a product that is in stock, from a store in Denmark, would come faster.
I am hoping to at least hear from you soon.

Update:
I have been in contact with the company, and all I can say is this: it was one of the most pleasant experiences when it comes to communication. Peter, the person I have been talking to, has been incredibly polite and nice, and I would like to say thank you for that.
My product has been delayed, and turns out it was actually discontinued, so I ended up getting a better product for the same amount of money.
I have initially rated the experience 1 star, now I have updated it to 5 stars. I would like to say thank you again, for being honest and respectful, and for the way that you treat your customers.

Very bad and slow service

Very bad and slow service. I placed an order on sunday 7 August. I did not hear anything for 4 days so I tried to reach then by phone and then wrote them an e-mail in English.

They finally responded me in Danish (I don’t speak Danish) and told me that the product is not available. Very unreliable and bad service level.

Now I am waiting a confirmation to get my money back. I wonder how long it will take..

I do not recommend buying anything from the webshop.

Very good customer service

Yesterday, I bought a Helsport Fjellheimen tent & corresponding footprint from friliv. Unfortunately the footprint is out of stock. Today,l the staff is very nice and quick to cancel the order of footprint to me and send out the tent at same time. What's a good and intimate customer service!
