I opened an account to receive free spins but there wasn’t an option to type in a code so I continued , I never received the free spins so I contacted them apparently if the option to enter the promo code wasn’t there I should’ve contacted them first �� how is anyone supposed to know this. Needless to say I never got them and BETFRED managed to SCAM me for £10. I wonder how many other people this has happened to over the years ? They should be investigated.

Games are good but i dont like how they take so long for a bonus to drop You keep puttimg money on to enjoy it waiting to see whats next to come,but bang your money has gone before you see any bonuses then it will come up error so you have to start the games off again then you dont get nothing money has gone in 5minutes.
