Customer service was really good

Customer service was really good, really quick to respond and no issues getting straight to the point and helping. I’m used to it taking ages to go through menus with some
Chat bot before speaking to a real person and then back and forth to get any solution but with Frive it was so simple and easy. Thank you

Really tasty food

Really tasty food, a large selection of dishes… of course, it could always be bigger, especially for breakfast. But it’s definitely delicious. I’m ordering for the second time now. It’s very useful for achieving the right average calorie count every day. It would be great if there were keto options as well. I would also really like to see a feature in the app where you can check the upcoming delivery menu, because right now you can only see what you can edit and change. It would be nice to see what I’ve already ordered… because I forget 🤩 Overall, there’s room for improvement, but I definitely recommend it to everyone because it’s tasty and simple.

Excellent fresh food and customer service.

Excellent fresh food, feels like a meal out.. but with no nasties like vegetable/rapeseed oil!
Really help me keep a track of my daily calories.
All meals have a different taste.. vs some you get with different meaty and vegetables .. but the same sauce. And so far there has been lots of variety across the weeks, and have found some favourites I’ll have on repeat. Great customer service too! Carla did a great job helping me collect my rewards!

WONDERFUL

Great fresh food all served with sauce separate so you have the choice how you would like it served.
Takes under 5 minutes to heat.
Good portions
Delivered to your door packed with ice packs.
So very different to usual ding food.
Great menu choice and tastes WONDERFUL.

Cancelled subscription 2 weeks ago but they keep taking my money ..whatsapp is a useless bot and getting the money back is impossible..avoid!

I’m quite a newbie to this site as I’ve…

I’m quite a newbie to this site as I’ve only had 3 deliveries so far with my 4th due next weekend. So far out of 15 meals I’m pleasantly surprised at the variety on offer, the standard of cookery, the ease of a 4 minute blast in the microwave and it’s a good feeling that I’m getting a balanced meal.
As an 81 yr old widow but who likes interesting meals (not meat & 2 veg) I’m aware that it’s easy to not bother cooking much & just order ready meals on my online weekly supermarket shop. But I believe this company are offering proper balanced meals for which they are to be commended.

Good quality, fresh food

The food tastes fresh and of very good quality. There is a nice variety to choose from. Only down side is the app, they sometimes change your meals after you’ve selected your next order and have noticed extras have been added on without my permission. Something to keep an eye on

My first order never arrived with no…

My first order never arrived with no communication. I had to chase up after a week to find out it was never sent with no reason given. When reaching out to customer service my issue was resolved and credit applied to my account for my next box and delivered with no issues. But not a great first experience.

Sorry, not tasty

Sorry, but I found the food tasteless. I loved the easy 4 minutes in the microwave to cook, instead of other companies' bag of ingredients that took nearly an hour to prep, but honestly, I'm sorry, it wasn't nice - and the fat and salt content were far too high for my liking. Nowhere near as good as promised and expensive for what it was.
Having said all that, their customer service seems pretty good. A very polite Fiona rang me, apologised that the meals weren't to my liking and kindly offered me a refund.

Very happy with Frive

I have been using Frive for a while now and the quality of their ready-cooked meals is consistently excellent. The flavours are fresh and the fact that everything is tailored to my specific nutritional needs makes my weekly routine so much easier. Delivery is always on time and the packaging is great. Highly recommended for anyone looking for healthy, delicious food without the hassle of prep.

Great customer service

Great customer service, and the only ready meal I've found that doesn't taste like a supermarket microwave meal!
I had a lovely response from Fritz when I had a small issue and it was dealt with super quickly.

Feel it’s gone downhill

I have tried the food before and I
liked it however this time I ordered about a year later and I did not like it. Tried 2 meals and chuck the rest away as I just didn’t find them that nice . However, I have found the customer service particularly good especially from Dina who assisted me.
