I changed over network and was un able to send texted, tried settings contacted my new provider who told me I had to enter a new message number

I popped into the shop in Church Street, Frodsham on Saturday with my 'Edwardian'(!) Samsung phone. In trying to remove some dust that had got inside, I had jiggered up the screen! Frodsham Fones ordered me a new screen, advised me when it arrived (Tuesday), I took the phone in and by mid-afternoon today, the phone was as good as new! Excellent service & highly recommended. Not going to lie, when I first found Frodsham, I thought it was going to be a scam. And the lack of reviews here didn't help, thus my leaving one. But I bit the bullet, hoped that it was simply a small local company which would explain the lack of reviews, and decided if there were egregious issues I would simply charge back.
I ordered a refurbished Samsung S23 from them, which came in quite a bit cheaper than all others I could find online, within a day I realised the post didn't specify if it came with accessories so I sent a query ticket to ask. Within 2 hours they got back to me to let me know exactly what would be coming with my phone (a charging cable and PIN removal tool plus manuals, as it would brand new).
My phone was delivered in a week, and when I opened it I was unable to find the charging cable, so I sent a response to the last communication to ask where it might be in the packaging. They didn't argue anything, confirmed they had missed it in packaging, apologised, and sent out a cable free of charge which arrived today, only 2 days after I sent the message.
Fast, kind, communicative, and an overall honest business, 10/10 would use again. Thank you Harry for dealing with the issue so promptly!
Big thanks to Chris for fixing my charging port on my S10. I was getting a 'moisture in charging port' error and was only able to charge wirelessly. Chris had a look, did some tests and discovered the port needed to be replaced. He ordered the new part, it arrived two days later, I dropped my phone off at 10am and picked it up at 2pm, all fixed and working perfectly. I would totally recommend Frodsham Fones!
