Very disappointed by the customer service. I received a pair of sunglasses with a scratch on the frame, on the front.
I called but the person who picked up the phone does not speak English so she ended the call.
I wrote one email in English, no reply.
I asked a second time in English, still no reply.
I wrote in Danish thanks to google translate, finally I got a reply. They asked me if the scratch happened due to the packaging and they asked me to provide again the pictures I had already sent. Anyway I provided further information.
Since then, no reply again and my issue is still not solved.
All I was asking was a paid sticker to send back the damaged item and get a refund...
So maybe this site is fine for the local market and if you get luckily a non damaged item
But they do not seem ready to handle international e-business. I am happy to amend my review if they finally solve my issue. Best regards
