Our store works with various warehouses across Europe, allowing us to offer competitive prices and a wide selection of products. However, this may lead to delivery delays, product damage, or partner warehouse errors, but we strive to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We offer various delivery methods, including self-pickup from our offices in Tallinn and Riga, delivery through parcel machines, and courier delivery. We also provide delivery of large items with installation and old equipment disposal services. For customer convenience, we offer several payment methods, including bank transfers, card payments, Apple Pay/Google Pay, Crypto currency and cash on delivery. decent but too unrealistic order ETA

i ordered a samsung S25 on monday morning, the ETA was 1-2 workdays. product only started going to estonia on wednesday and arrived on friday midday.

overall the experience is decent - refined website, (not how they promised but) one-week delivery, and yeah the "aisha" chatbot assistant was helpful

saw others say they included a "your rights" section in the email but they havent told me my rights once

It's sad I cannot put pictures here but they sent me a email saying "if you leave a review on Trustpilot, Facebook etc. We will gift you 5 euros", but no this review ain't paid but that 5€ gift just looks too foolish to ask clients for a review as a reputable store

Good website, and good service

Their website is well organized, delivery estimates are accurate, prices are fair, and their customer service is very good. It is one of the easiest places for me to shop because I know the order will go smoothly.

Identical tool at half the price

I managed to buy an otherwise very expensive workshop tool at an affordable price. A saving of about 50% compared to other online shops. The goods arrived at the warehouse on time. I receive ongoing notifications about the status of my order.

They are really trustworthy

They are really trustworthy and sent many emails that confirmed the order and even explained my rights if anything happens to my things. They said the order will arrive in 2-4 business days and for my order it took 5 business days but it’s not that big of a difference.
