I ordered the cheese maker and a juice press for pressing hard cheeses and both took a lot time to arrive. When they did, the $700 machine was defective. I tried to call for support but none exists. I used their AI chatbot which said returns can only be done via email. I wrote several emails with no reply. The basically stole hundreds of dollars from me with nothing to show for it. Ask AI or search engine and you will find that this is the norm for Fromaggio.

No phone or email for communication on their site- only chat and a mailing address. Does not accept exchanges or returns. Threatening statements when you do file a dispute.
Items arrived damaged/defective and with expired supplies.

Does what it says. I first saw this as a featured product at CES, then bought it as soon as it shipped. I love how all the ingredients are pre-measured. I've done Mozzarella, Feta, White Cheddar, Pepperjack. Only sad part is that the Parmesan I made in January 2025 needs to age a year, so won't be able to see how it turned out till Jan 2026. But that's how it is with cheese. Soft cheese can be made in a day, hard cheeses typically need to age, with Parm being one of the longest.
