I really wanted to use a local business…
I really wanted to use a local business for my prints but when I got them back, a majority of them had my water mark cut off in the corner, as if the print was enlarged before printing. When I took them into the store to ask about it, I was told that the print is cut off 1/8" all the way around. Nothing on the website told me this when I uploaded the files. And, in using other printing services, this has never been a standard.

Unless you get inkjet prints, wide format prints or press printed toner prints, ALL photographic machine printing is printed onto a pre-cut piece of photographic paper with about a 3% bleed off the edge. All photographic paper printing has always been done this way and probably always will.

Good service, one flaw
Fromex staff was very helpful and they have reasonable pricing and good turnaround time. One thing wasn’t perfect, I ordered a memorial poster for my mom’s service and the bottom of the “y” in her name was cut off. I was so focused on the photo of her I didn’t notice. The mortuary pointed it out. I was able to fix it with a fine sharpie pen

Sorry, we should have seen that and fixed it. Next time, remember when you create text on any of our online order products, you have complete control of the font, font size, font color, placement and line spacing. A five second fix would be to just reduce the font Point Size a bit.
