Honestly I I am very disappointed with…
Honestly I I am very disappointed with the results. The pictures were very dark. Some of them were not actual four by sixes. They had white edges which I’m not to sure why. I do plan on calling the shop and seeing if they can maybe replace those pictures that were the wrong size and very dark. I was expecting a lot better quality and very disappointed.

Sorry you were disappointed. It is possible that you chose "Shrink to Fit" when editing your images. If your image file aspect ratio (Length : Width) does not match the print size you choose, the default setting is to crop your image to fill the print size. If you choose "Shrink to Fit" you will get your full image on the paper size you selected without cropping, but with white borders on two sides. This would explain the white borders on some of your prints. We can reprint them by cropping your image to fill the print size you selected.
For example: If you have a square image and order a 4x6 print, your image width would be 6" and 1" cropped off on the two other sides. If you choose "Shrink to Fit", you would get a square 4" x 4" image on 4"x6" paper with a 1" white border on two sides. I hope this helps.
