Very delayed contact / Wrong sweater
About 1,5 weeks ago I ordered a €50 sweater. After that I got an automated order confirmation e-mail that said I would get status updates soon. I’ve waited a week but got nothing. I then started e-mailing, Insta dm’ing and calling them but no response whatsoever. My guess is they abandoned the website but did not take it offline. DON’T order here! When I get a response I will take down this review. In a week I’ll take legal action.
EDIT:
After 2,5 weeks the sweater finally was sent with a track & trace code. Once I received it a week later they sent me a totally different sweater. I told them this and via instagram (this is the only way to get in touch with them) they said they would sent me the right one the same day. Then again I heard nothing for 2,5 weeks and suddenly they ‘unfortunately did not have the one I ordered available anymore’. They did refund my money right away so that’s something.
