A future repeat customer
The size guide given for the work jacket was spot on. I was dubious because the brand uses European sizing. I also appreciate the hand written note on my order invoice. I would definitely order again.
Unfortunately, the one issue I had that prevented me from giving the full five star is the choice of delivery company. I had rerouted my parcel to a collection point as it would have been delivered on a working day (Friday) and I am not comfortable having my parcel left for hours at the risk of being stolen.
The delivery company was unable to deliver my parcel to my chosen collection point “due to the size of the parcel” and the next attempted delivery would be the next working day (Monday). I was unable to select a new collection point for my parcel which would have been convenient.
TLDR: Great shopping experience, marred by delays and inflexibility caused by the delivery company.

Fracap Boots and customer service.. amazing
I'm a grouchy sod, so take this as praise indeed. Been thinking about getting some Fracap boots for a while, and finally saw the make-up of boot I liked on Frontiers site, so took the plunge. I messaged the day after to see if they were doing Black Friday sales later in the month and was pleased to hear they were going to donate a % to charity instead. Boots shipped that day and received the day after that. The customer service, as well as the boots, are both brilliant. You've just gained a new customer, a great business, that I look forward to supporting in the future.

Purchase made online. Had been trying to locate this particular jacket since seeing the brand while on holiday in France.
The guy I contacted for help was at Frontier in Edinburgh. He was very helpful and sorted my technical problem re payment.
Delivery was within 36 hours. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service…
First time using Frontier and I ordered a jacket that was processed and received within a couple of days. The fit wasn’t quite right for me so I returned it and they refunded me straight away. Brilliant customer service and so good to deal with. Will 100% use Frontier again.
