Great service! They called me to confirm booking details less than 5mins after I'd booked online. When we arrived, the chap who called earlier was already on site to meet us. He was a good guy and... See more

Easy to find
Easy to find. The staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely will use again.
Great service, fully recommend
Fantastic, used them for the Saturday 5th Oasis gig. Easy to find. As you arrive there was a very kind man, cracking jokes and found our information instantly. First person who's ever pronounced my surname correctly too. Then there was a nice woman who guided us to the exact car park to use. Car park was super close to the stadium and was safe and secure. Easy route in and out to get onto the M4, beat most of the traffic within Cardiff city centre. Price was justified. Would 100% recommend and use again.
Booked parking through Front Row…
Another update to Gwillyms post below. Trying everything to dodge a negative comment. He deleted mine on facebook and blocked me, threatened to contact my emplyer over this review, and ban me from playing at play football... I've seen lots of fights on pitches there. Not a nice guy - oh i had my 7 year old daughter in the car btw and it was a day out for her. Avoid, loads of free parking around, was supposed to be easy for her ended up being ripped off and threathened. Pathetic customer experience when he could have just done the right thing.
Edit: Since posting this, Gwillym has doubled down — and he's still advertising the same confusing offer with no clear indication of which parking includes a bar voucher:
Also worth noting: £20 to park is a joke. You can park at the stadium for £10. Go elsewhere — you'll get a better deal and none of the drama.
For context, I’m a designer with 20+ years of UI experience. I told him the layout was misleading. His response? Dismissive and rude. He said he’d “speak with the web designer,” then spent the rest of his emails blaming everyone but himself.
Here’s some context:
I didn’t insult you — feel free to specify what was said.
I calmly raised a complaint. You responded with sarcasm, threats, and veiled digs.
You tried to involve my employer, questioned if I still play at Gôl (not subtle), and implied my behaviour made me unfit to board a plane. Slight difference between a parking attendant and airport security i think :)
He calls customers hostile — but just check how he speaks to anyone who leaves a bad review. You’ll see a clear pattern: deflect, belittle, intimidate.
Here are his actual words. Judge for yourself:
First response to my initial email:
“Assuming you used the car park space at Pwll Coch I can refund you the £5 you would have had as a bar voucher for the sake of a quiet life. But please don't use us again. This is the first time we've had this issue and I suspect it is more to do with yourself than us.”
Second response:
“I note that you are using a workplace address to incorrectly contest this issue and will raise it with your managers if necessary and will quote the company in our review reply as you seem so intent on damaging us.”
“Are you currently playing at Gôl?” (which I can only assume was a veiled threat to ban me)
Third and final:
“You used the company address so it's fair game. Your behaviour is reflective of the company in this instance including your inattention to detail. Had you behaved like that at an airport I doubt you would have been allowed on a plane.”
Friendly, right?
Booked parking through Front Row Parking for a Wales match, advertised as £20 with a £5 bar voucher at Gôl Centres. I’ve played at Gôl for over 10 years and am a regular at Wales games, so I trusted the listing — especially as I had my 7-year-old daughter with me and wanted to make the experience a bit special.
What actually happened? I was sent to a completely different location — Ysgol Pwll Coch, with no voucher, no bar, and no explanation until I arrived. I questioned it at the gate and was refused entry by the man running it — [gwillym], who I later found out is the director of the business.
When I emailed to raise the issue, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He offered a refund of £5 “for a quiet life” and added:
“Please don’t use us again. I suspect it’s more to do with yourself than us.”
The refund was short — only £4.50, and the attitude throughout was dismissive and sarcastic.
To top it off, I walked past Canton Rugby Club, which was 300 yards closer to the stadium and only charged £10 — half the price, with none of the misleading advertising or attitude.
If you’re heading to a Wales game, do yourself a favour: avoid this place and park elsewhere. It’s not worth the stress — especially not when you’re just trying to enjoy the day with your family.

Great parking for the Principality
I recently attended the Principality Stadium to watch the EPCR Champions Cup Final. I needed somewhere to park outside the cordon zone in Cardiff, and stumbled across FRP. Whilst I appreciate ultimately this is about a space to put one's car, the company was outstanding - and here's why:
1) Comms: emails back and forward confirming the booking and a pre-event email with detailed comms about additional road closures on the day - which must have saved me 30-40 mins being stuck in the car
2) Attitude: I arrived at the entrance to the car park where I was met by a chap with a clipboard. "Hello Simon" he greeted me - and then proceeded to give me really useful info on getting to the ground on foot, as well as how to avoid traffic on my exit (ignoring the SatNav which was likely to take me on an alternative, more congested route).
3) Ease of getting to the ground: whilst it's a 1.2 mile walk, it is an easy route and assures one of missing the road closures pre/post match; not to mention busy railway stations!
4) Reasonably priced: it cost £30, which for 6-8 hours parking in a city centre on matchday is very reasonable (take note, Twickenham!)
All in all, I can thoroughly recommend this venue for Rugby matchday parking and will certainly be using them again.
Friendly and Helpful Car Parking for Principality Stadium
We booked Maindy Road Car Park (Front Row Parking) for the European Rugby Cup Final on 24th May 2025. Booking was straightforward and instructions / directions very helpful. Best bit was the welcome from Dan on arrival, super-friendly and helpful. We were even given a flyer with helpful info including an out of hours contact. Plenty of space and a pleasant walk to and from the principality, if only you could have changed the result for us. Many travellers using Coach or Train had issues on the day, i know we should be trying to use mass transport to save the planet, but until it works as well as hopping in your car and setting your own schedule travelling by car is still quite appealing. Great Service - Good Location
I went to the Billy Joel concert at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on 9th August 2024. The location of the carpark - approx. 25mins easy walk to the stadium was good. There was a lovely person at the carpark who quickly found our booking - gave us directions to the stadium and gave helpful directions to get back to the M4 afterwards. Clean toilets were available at the carpark before and after the show. We were quickly away with no delays and as there was 70,000 people at the concert I thought this was fantastic.
Used front row parking for first time…
Used front row parking for first time for the Billy Joel concert at Principality Stadium, using the Pwll Coch Lawrenny Drive school car park. Welcomed by name on arrival, easy marked bay and fine to exit at end. Helpful guy on gate. About 25 minute flat walk from stadium. A couple of minutes getting out of Lawrenny Ave onto main road at end but nothing major and easy access then onto A4232 to skirt quickly around west Cardiff onto M4. Effective and friendly. Would use again.
