Avoid company at all costs

The delivery was very prompt however the wrap has some faulty stitching on the hem. I have contacted Frostfire asking for a replacement to be sent & a return authorised, the communication from them has been so poor, I'm still waiting a week later for them to review the photos I sent of the loose stitching, not sure how long it takes to see that. Wish I'd read the reviews prior to buying from them now.

Still haven’t received my items after a month. No response to emails and no one answering the phone. Not sure they’re even trading anymore, though you can still buy on their website. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank who are looking into it. Avoid.

Super fast delivery! Love my new Moonwrap. Customer service was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Would 100% recommend.

I wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered! Poor communication. Eventually received one Moonwrap but still waiting for the second even though I eventually received an email saying it should be with me last week. Phones are not answered, no email response. I will be applying for a credit card charge back if I haven’t heard from them soon. It’s a shame as the Moonwrap I received seems really nice. It also seems suspicious that all of the reviews on their website are 5 stars. Very fishy.
Avoid this company like the plague!

Products are okay, however, the return process is very very slow and if you don't chase up the company via email you won't see your refund. And you better send the items back with tracking or I'd doubt they would entertain a refund claim.
There is no return slip included and it will cost you to send items back.
All in all, won't reorder. Stay away from this company

I gave 3 stars on an honest review yesterday and see its been removed today! How can people form an opinion of your company if they don't have all the facts? As I said yesterday nothing wrong with the moonwrap but the communication for your company is not good and lots of people on Facebook say the same thing! Very quick to take down a 3 star honest review but you cant respond to emails or phone calls? I will not be recommending your company to anyone and fully expect this review to disappear too!!!!
