Products are cheaply made and of poor quality, It took two months to get here !!!!!

My first experience was perfect THE CLOTHES I ORDERED ARE NOT GOOD I placed an order on 1/18/2021 for a few dresses & a blouse from them but after several weeks they sent 3 dresses which I have not ordered. On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product I was trying to send the PRODUCT back I went on social media and got this HELP four zero seven seven6eight 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘻𝘦𝘳𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 I REACH OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND NICE THEY PROVIDE ME THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MY MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT IN TIME THAN FINALLY, I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE DRESS TO THE COMPANY hit or miss" quality products I would definitely suggest trying them instead.

QUALITY IS REALLY CHEAP I ORDERED ON 28/01/2021 .............. The clothes are very cheap versions of what they show on the internet. Colors, sizes, fit, and the material do not match. Arrived two weeks later than expected. This so-called sweater is complete junk. Very poor quality and runs 4 sizes small. I got a 2XL and it fits like a medium. The color is not at all what the picture shows Okay so decided to return the whole order in the same box. EXTREMELY small and the product to be damaged!!!! I went online and got this help info which is Four zero seven seven6eight 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘻𝘦𝘳𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 contacted them and after that, THEY GAVE SOME information so with the help of I RETURN THE WHOLE GARBAGE, CRAP ORDER WITH GIVEN TIME No upstanding company should operate this way. Don't purchase from them. I will not be rebuying. This is not a good way to do business I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for this business !!!!

I purchased a jogger set in December, after months n still not receiving anything i asked for an ETA or money back, they assured me its on its way but since then I have tried to get ahold of them now the website is gone and the support service email is no longer reachable either.. so I cant even get a refund let alone the clothes I ordered. So now im out 80 bucks, TOTAL SCAM.

In October I ordered a bikini, they send me an email saying it was out of stock and offered me a refund that I accepted.
I never received the refund and instead I received a horrible bikini, nothing like what I ordered and really bad quality and bad taste.
I have exchanged a few emails with them now but it is going no where. I am told that they are in financial struggle, then they tell me they have already refunded me but without any prove.... SCAMMERS.

Fine quality for the price and where it’s coming from. After reading the reviews I didn’t expect it to come, but it did after a month.

Customer service is crap. They keep assuring me my order has been sent but I ordered it on Jan 5 and its not Jan 27 AND STILL NOTHING. The tracking doesn't work. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. At this point I highly doubt I will get my items. Will be attempting a refund but by the looks of other reviews..it doesn't look like I'll get one.

If there was lower than one star ID USE IT. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! The customer service is absolutely terrible they flat out didn’t send me shipping information. It took 3 months for my package to come just for the product to run EXTREMELY small and the product to be damaged!!!! Terrible customer service I asked for a refund and they offered a 1/3 of a refund. PATHETIC!!! I called their customer service and they didn’t return my call until 2am! YES 2am!!! Do not order here unless you want crappy service and even crappier product!

Sent the wrong size of a product and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault and that the customers know and see the sizes. The items aren’t the size they post and run extremely small and yet they refuse an exchange... not a refund.. an exchange for the correct product? The person that emailed me back about my request was extremely rude.

they sent the complete wrong product and these morons use paypal so I got my money back so not just thieves but stupid thieves.

I ordered my granddaughter a Christmas gift three months ago. I have not received my package. They will not refund my money. They keep telling me it's in transit. Stupid me I should have checked the company out before I ordered. This is the first time I've ordered anything off the internet myself. I got SCAMMED. They won't refund my money. They think they can walk all over people. Do not, do not order from this company. It's a SCAM!!!

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!! Do not buy from this store. Received some fake ear rings which one came snapped. Tried to get a refund through PayPal but was told to send the item back at my cost which would have cost me over £30 to send back to Singapore where the item come from. Item only cost £17! SCAM OF A COMPANY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

The shirt I ordered was advertised as cotton/linen, but clearly was instead polyester. Also, there are no garment tags anywhere on the shirt indicating fabric type or cleaning instructions. This is illegal... so DO NOT BUY from this crooked sham of a company.

I ordered a jump suit outfit for a friend to hopefully have it for christmas, but still waiting for it. Ordered on Dec. 7th 2020, it is now Jan. 10th 2021.

TERRIBLE! The item took 43 days to arrive instead of 20 as stated on their website. Then the tag says size M, but it is basically an XS. They want me to return the item to China ($48 shipping cost) to get a refund of $35! (As if they would ever actually refund me.) They even claimed they were having financial difficulties to try to get sympathy from me so they wouldn't have to refund me. Paypal finally refunded me directly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I didn't mind the wait because it was Christmas time but I ordered a xl and got a XS that says xl smh

This is gonna basically be a review on the fact that I never got my package and I’ve been waiting like two months now, for a while every time I would check and track it, it would say my order is being processed for shipping, and now the last few times when I type the tracking number, it goes to a page saying it cannot be tracked at this time. I tried to contact them, by leaving a message but it says you can’t leave a message at this time. I find a number, not your typical customer service line, rang all the way through like a regular phone number with an odd sounding ring, then an ANSWERING machine Like we had at my parents house 15 years ago. I saw this outfit as an ad on FB and I NEVER and I repeat NEVER order from those ads bc I’m scared it’s gonna be a knock off or cheap material or sixteen sizes too small, but hey my ex thought it was cute too and said go ahead and order it.. I wish I would’ve read these reviews first bc I never would’ve wasted the $70 whether it was my money or not. I got a call back from the number, with a recording saying like what can we do to help you, call us back and let us know! Whaaaat? Like how tf do we get to the bottom of this and get it shut down ?!
