I love Doyles Thorn Blackberries. They are delicious. The packaging and delivery are top notch. I struggled with some of my plants initially this growing season and the company responded quickly and kindly. I received fabulous costumer service.

It was nearly dead when I received it. I'm sure the heat caused it. It is now completely dead.

The blackberry start arrived quickly and in good shape. I planted it and two days later a deer nipped off the top of the cane. Being a new start, I thought it would likely die. Fortunately it had a good root and it sprouted new growth and has continued to grow.

Replaced plants that died. Easy to work with

After ordering, the blackberry plants were shipped to me directly. They arrived in great condition and were planted after receiving them. Currently, the plants are doing great! We look forward to the fruit harvest next year.

Still not growing very good. Runners are about 2-3 ft long. Plenty of water and fertilized some. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong

When I didn’t realize that I was putting a review on for the world to see, I rated a number three when my young blackberries struggled to begin with. They have since recovered. In the meantime, Doyle’s emailed me that they were sending replacement plants. I so appreciated that when I hadn’t asked for nor expected that kind act of customer service, my plants are doing well, and I look forward to blackberries!

Received a healthy viable plant and it is growing wonderfully. Very pleased with packaging

Plants were shipped timely and arrived in great condition. Although they were rather small, once they get established, they take off pretty well. It took around 2 months for mine to get established in the dense clay soil they're growing in. Once you can get them started upwards on a trellis or whatever you're using , they really start taking off and stretching out .

You sent me a plant when my other didn’t take, you took my word for it. I got the new plant, it was amazing.

Happy canes are flourishing in their home in my gated garden where the bear and deer leave them alone.
