I ordered my girlfriend the 12 Colours Cream Texture Lipstick and the Matte Quick-Dry Eyeliner. The price wasn’t really an issue, but the quality? Now that’s questionable. The lipstick disappears way too fast—literally gone in 1-2 hours. As for the eyeliner, I’m no expert, but sure, it looks nice… until it starts flaking just as quickly.

I purchased the lip stains which supposedly lasted 12- 24 hrs . The lipstain didn't even last 2 before fading and being completely gone by 3-4 hours even when I did not eat or drink during this time. The colours also were a different name instead of nude it was light brown which came out nowhere near nude. Or the mauve was dark brown and again no resemblance to the colour shown. I email the customer service with the complaint. I did get a reply fairly quickly asking for photo of delivery envelope ( luckily I still had it) but the conclusion was .they said the correct colours were sent and offered £3. Refund. Telling me it would cost to much to return which would be at my expense. I paid almost £26.
Products not fit for purpose. Don't go near them .total waste of money.

This is a scam company! I ordered the lip stains and they sent me a receipt for £13 but charged me £17!! They make you verify Apple Pay before check out which is a massive red flag! They are also setting up multiple fake accounts and leaving themselves the 5star reviews on trust pilot. Do not order from this company. I have reported them to action fraud in the U.K. and will be contacting my card company asap

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT buy from this company. I ordered two hair wrap dryers months before Xmas and have not received them.
Having contacted them they are now asking for me to pay extra postage of £20 and they will send out another one.
Either that or pay for item again and only then will they refund me
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

I bought a hair wrap off these people for Christmas which arrived late very late and was faulty I nearly burned my head with it they won't refund me my money the item is long since in the bin stay away from these disgusting businesses

Not as described different colour and looks cheap.
They said if I returned them they would give me a refund if I sent them back.
Then said it would cost a lot of money to return them and it wouldn't be worth it for me😡🤬😡
Also i Was charged more on PayPal than invoice £13 to be exact.
Return address is China which it doesn't state offered me £8.
Then I read the reviews and I wanted my money back but they was having none of it. I brought 3 has christmas presents when 1 reviews said they had been recalled. I got in contact with pay and eventually I got my money back.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered 2 4 in 1 charges that was supposed to come in a carry case. I ordered early December for Christmas and only just received them today. It was delivered in a envelope and cheep packaging.do not buy from these people or company.

I ordered the 5 in 1 dryer brush set for a Xmas present. Does not work and smells of burning. Quality shocking and dangerous. Sent 2 emails butbread8ng reviews on here, I am guessing refunds do not come. 😡 More should be done to remove these companies from social media platforms

Whilst continued reassurance that my product is on the way, and mixed tracking information (giving me two different tracking companies which both based on reviews look like scam logistic companies) I have still not received my product and no refund. Please don’t use this company

Absolutely awful experience with this company orded 5 in one hairdryer after waiting 4 weeks for it to arrive it was faulty when it arrived it was awfuly packed.. asked for a full refund as its faulty and dangerous to use they offered 5 pound refund I rejected...dont buy from this company its terrible and a waste of money

The goods my other half bought were poor quality and were the wrong size. Emailed for a returns label only to be offered £2 credit and told to keep the items which cost £25 and are useless to us. Upon complaining again and again asking for a returns label, the credit amount went up to £6.... Again requested a returns label and again they refused saying they'd done all they could!?!? By the way..... their address is an Indian takeway...Need I say more???

Absolutely terrible company to deal with i orded some firefly lights took 5 weeks to come Absolutely terribly made. asked for refund after going back and forth they told me to open and take photos so I did then plugged them in don't work .They have offered me £1 refund then £4 I have declined .I have given them 14 days to refund me then I will ask my bank to deal with this .

Ordered product, charged more than advertised price and now in dispute with them as they refused to cancel the order and sent it anyway even though I said instantly after overpayment I didn’t want it. They don’t care they will take your money and ignore your wishes. Stay well away from these con artists. Be warned they are out for your money and that’s it. Pushed the product on me after I said cancel the order you’ve overcharged me so not only taking more than legally agreed out your account they just ignore you when you raise it with them.

5 in 1 hair styler. Don't work lead is way to short .it worked no longer then 3 seconds. I have provided the proof yet all I get is sorry the voltage is too low. And the item came all the way from USA..so waited ages to then have an item I paid money for un usable. I have asked for a refund .yet no reply yet . Maybe this company should stop selling electrical equipment. And needs to be more helpful.

The 5 in 1 styler arrived, but the flex is far too short. Despite advertising that we can get a refund within 15 days if not satisfied, I have emailed their support address given 4 times to get the return address (as stated on their advert), and never get a reply. Is
their ploy to let my 15 days run out so I become ineligible for a refund?
I should like to be proved wrong...

Ordered 2 dragons in eggs 7weeks ago still waiting for them, emailed a few times they say to be patient, having to resend them because they is no trace of them l believe now it is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not order from the company. They are a scam. I ordered the hairdryer 4-1 and after using it once it stopped working. I contacted them who asked for evidence which I provided. They are trying to fob me off with 7USD and won’t allow me to return or claim a refund.
The company is a fraud, taking your money for faulty products and then refusing to give you a refund.

Placed an order months ago still not received it as it was for Christmas don't think it will arrive now on time.Contacted them numerous times times to be told it's in transit so why it's not arrived I don't know..Ive asked for a refund and still nothing or even if they could of sent another order out but nothing very disappointing and will never shop again with them and neither will my family
