Eventough i didn't get my package, the people of Fruugo offered me a hand right away and are very kind. They did everything in their power to make things right. They gave me my refund for the lost delivery wich made my day. I can't thank them enough. 🩷🩷🩷

Product was easy to find and available. Ordering was straight forward as well as origin of the product. Everything was conform to description and sent quickly.
Easy to order on the website. Fast delivery and items were as described in great quality.
Market range is good but the major drawback was that they didn’t accept visa payments. It was annoying to connect my card first with apple pay and then pay for goods. Fix this pls
The questions and answers lacked detail, which was a bit stressful. The answers didn't clearly answer the questions
And the follow-up lacked ease and clarity
I had a very disappointing experience. The company advertises products as if they are shipped from Belgium through registered websites, but in reality, the items come from China. When you try to return something, you’re forced to pay the return shipping costs yourself – often over €40 – and the company takes no responsibility. I bought headphones for €50, but returning them cost me €40, leaving me with a huge loss. This feels misleading and unfair, and the service is extremely poor.
