I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Fruugo. I ordered a car light, but when it arrived, it was already broken and clearly unusable. I immediately arranged a return, expecting a straightforward refund process.

Unfortunately, that’s where things got worse. Despite returning the item, I never received my refund. Communication with customer service never replied me.

Overall, this was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Receiving a damaged product is already inconvenient, but not getting refunded after returning it is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from Fruugo based on this experience.

Unpleasant first experience

Ordered a small item as a test and received a product that did not match the description at all, clearly a low-quality substitute.

To their credit, Fruugo handled the refund relatively quickly once I raised the issue, and I received my money back without too much friction.

However, the experience highlights a bigger concern: sellers like this should not be allowed on the platform in the first place. There seems to be limited control over what is actually being shipped, and the reporting/refund process could be more streamlined.

In the end, the issue was resolved, but the trust is gone. I would be hesitant to order again.

Change your site to fruugo china…

Change your site to fruugo china because your order last 1 month to arrive from China and your get update of your tracking number is bad....even temu do things better than you do, trash website

Poor customer service
I immediately registered the scooter for return, but the return address is incorrect (or unclear). I contacted customer service about this, but received no response and closed the return request within 8 days.

This company ignores EU consumer protections

I bought a Halloween costume that was incorrectly sized and returned it within the 14-day period protected under EU law. Fruugo repeatedly denied my refund, even after being provided a tracking number for my returned product. I had to make a dispute with my credit card company, which Fruugo also repeatedly and fraudulently attempted to prevent by giving me and my credit card company inaccurate information about my return.

The item I ordered is not genuine, it's a fake.
I emailed Frugo many times with no response.
Very bad customer care.
Never order from this site.
They sell many fake items.
