Beware: Counterfeit goods and zero customer support.

I had a terrible experience with fruugoschweiz.com. They use a .ch domain to appear Swiss-based, but they are an international marketplace selling counterfeit products. I received fake 'Lego Marvel' sets instead of the genuine items advertised.

I have attempted to contact them via email multiple times to arrange a return/refund, but it has been 6 months with zero response. Their 'customer support' is non-existent. If you want authentic products or reliable service, do not trust this company.

I still didn't get my order

I still didn't get my order, I ordered 1.of November an advent calendar that was in stock.. My order is still in China.. I don't think so I will get anytime.. Never again.. Thank you..
