As with any project, there are bumps and road blocks along the way. I was not satisfied with any of it for sometime. They accepted the communities feedback, made appropriate changes and are moving in the right direction. The entire team supported everyone along the way and is definitely setting up for long term success.

Shipping took forever for device. Allready knee deep in for cost of device .Then they want me to purchase Crypto just to connect to the stupid Network.Im taking my losses ,and running far away from this scam project.

Fry's Crypto is a scam and Ponzi scheme. They sell overpriced used hardware that they mark way way up and dropship off sites like Amazon, Ebay, and Aliexpress. They keep changing the rules and overpromise and underdeliver. The Fry token is useless and worthless. There is no outside revenue. No customers buying the data. Nothing to sustain or hold the token prices because there are no buying customers of any of their products and data. The token prices just continue to dump and dump. The CEO, Samuel Fry, is a dirtbag and is not open to any critical feedback. Go on their discord and it's just an echochamber of opinions only repeating what the team says. Their coders/devs suck at what they do. Nothing ever works with their softwares. They suck so bad at coding that their website was built with a website builder called Wix, instead of built from code from scratch such as built with Python. Sam Fry is an inexperienced Millennial trying to run a crypto ponzi scheme that is a jack of all trades, master of none. They try to spread themselves so thin that they suck at everything. He has zero industry experience in the markets he is trying to sell the data to. This project is complete utter garbage. I could go on and on. They screwed over so many people. This project is absolute trash.

Don’t buy from heliumdeploy. They lie and deceive you as to how much you will make. Pennys not dollars or hundreds of dollars. Complete lies

This is an absolute scam. I bought the bandwidth miner for $250 plus $50 shipping. It takes forever to set up. When you get it going it gives you about 10 cent per day worth of FRY, less than it uses in energy. They keep changing everything so you get stuck on Discord trying to figure things out and it's a total pain to follow any news, so it affects your earning because again, everything keeps changing constantly. They want to sell you licences, or nodes, or whatever it takes but in the end, you will only ever waste your money, you'll never earn a dime. Customer service is slow and sound like a bunch of rude entitled teens. It might take you forever to understand exactly how they are ripping you off, but it really is just a scam. Fry is worthless. There is nothing to gain. You will lose money, time, energy and peace.

Never ever do business with this company they have ZERO customer service AND when i say ZERO ITS LESS THAN THAT! I have sent dozens of emails and letting them know there is no way for me to get to their discord (seems to be the only way to reach them) Thats just nuts SAVE YOUR MONEY! THEY WONT HELP AT ALL!

I found FryFoundation in November of 2023. Was so impressed with the project that I aped in and over the next 5 months ordered over 30 miners! There are ups and downs like everything in life but the staff and even the community does a great job trying to help everyone that they can as quickly as they can. So many new and awesome things happening and yet to come! Stick around if your already involved. if your not head over and get your gear while its still early!

I personally have never had any issues with Fry Networks (previously known as Fry Foundation)
I received my products a little late but got compensated right away for all the days I missed due to the late delivery. Customer service was experiencing heavy volume of tickets but they took care of me nonetheless. Their staff is always there to assist new comers and existing users. I already recommended Fry Networks to friends and family and will continue to support them.

I ordered high end weather miner, video camera, and rewards node. I setup the miners properly but do not earn any crypto. I was banned from their discord for asking questions about rewards cut in half. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST! I've called (phone number is fake) emailed 10 times no one will ever respond to anything.
I can't even cancel my pre order of the node.
I now have $1000 of miners setup making nothing. Only recourse seems to be a lawsuit which I will be filing against Samuel fry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people do not care about anything.

*Edit* I signed up to reddit (which I didn't want to do) where you couldn't help and told me to go to telegram. Signed up there you couldn't help so you told me to go to discord, which you banned me from. Your moderator criticized me so i responded. You then gave me a warning to which I responded I don't care about discord. So again, ZERO help, ZERO customer service. These people are awful and should be avoided at all costs. My $1000 will never be recouped. Total scam and should be investigated by consumer affairs.

I've given you my order numbers 3 times now. You people are straight up liars.
I've now re-registered my miners still make zero rewards.

The fry foundation was able to respond here but unable to respond and give me my rewards on 3 different platforms. All you need to know folks.

I did not get the goods i ordered and paid (with insane shipping costs). It is three months now without those items. Contacting "support" lead to nothing. THIS IS A SCAM - AVOID AT ANY POINT

My husband and I ordered 4 high end weather minors, 5 unreleased nodes, bandwidth minors ect. We spent thousands of dollars on a product we have yet to receive! Instead of getting help , we have got banned from the discord channel and no update on order shipment date absolutely nothing!! Customer Service non existent. We have been waiting months for our order. While one of our friends who decided to jump on board with fry got their order 2 weeks after ordering!! This is a scam!

I bought the satellite miner. It paid for itself within 200 days. 5*****

I ordered the high end weather miner. I am getting 647.00 tokens a day till the verification process is launched next month. Fast response and great customer service. Theses people complaining about cheap equipment did not read before they bought. They use recycled equipment when ever possible. You are not buying a “camera” for your use, you are buying a FRY miner.

hello everyone, I just received the camera from fry, I specify that it arrived 15 days after I placed the order. Initially, there was a problem with delivery, but they quickly delivered another order. thank you FRY.

EDIT: The day that the owner banned me from discord, he placed an order for a junk eBay PC. When I received my package, it included the invoice from ebay, which showed that the order was placed the day I was banned! The owner had claimed that the order had been "shipped 2 weeks prior." What is more disturbing, it the miner I ordered is $250 before tax, and the item I received was a $28.49 PC, as listed by the ebay invoice. The eBay seller was likely an innocent party, and included the invoice on their own accord. Please avoid these Fry Foundation scammers to save yourself a waste of money.

The miner I ordered is late and I have not received any email about shipment or tracking. I searched for help in the discord, but after being unable to get answers for weeks I got into a discussion with the owner in the general chat. He roasted me, told me I likely was a troll who didn't have a purchase, and ultimately banned me for "trolling." I opened a ticket with support for a refund, but have received no response. Now, even if I eventually receive my miner, I will be unable to get support for the product that they normally provide through the discord. My purchase is late, has not been received, messages are ignored in discord, responses are unhelpful or don't apply to my purchase, and the owner thinks it is abnormal for a customer to be upset. I spent real money, made a real purchase, and have valid issues with my order. I am NOT an internet troll and should not be treated like one. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with an online purchase, EVER.

I originally purchased a FRY bandwidth miner from FRY when they first started their company and ran the bandwidth miner for around 6 months with only a few problems. Initially FRY advertised their miners as "plug and play" but then they changed to having to manually plug in the hardware that they send users to a keyboard, mouse, and monitor and log into windows, uninstall the previous software, and reinstall the newer version of the software every time they release a software update which is very annoying so I stopped using the bandwidth miner after around 6 months. The hardware that FRY sends its users is also outdated old computers, the bandwidth miner that they sent me had 100% full hard drive space just from installing windows 10 home edition (which it automatically updated to) and the software required to run the bandwidth node, I mean come on just those two things already filled up the hard drive space 100%? and it has windows home edition so I cant even use remote desktop which is exclusive to the "Pro" versions of windows.

I attempted to order a second miner from FRY, this time a Satellite miner and after many months of waiting they sent me an old dell mini pc that only had a VGA connection and Displayport connection for monitors, my monitor was an HDMI monitor so it wouldnt work with it. I purchased a Displayport to HDMI dongle from Amazon and tried to use it with the Dell mini PC that FRY sent me but all I got was a black screen so I contacted FRY and asked if they could exchange the mini PC they sent me for one with an HDMI port because it wasnt working with my monitor. FRY kept taking a long time to respond to my messages, sometimes taking over 5 business days to respond with a simple few words of response or asking me to keep troubleshooting the device. After back and forthing with FRY over emails for almost 2 months I gave up and just filed a Paypal chargeback because I figured that they were stalling for time until my Paypal chargeback window closed. Paypal ruled in my favor and asked me to return the Satellite miner that I purchased back to FRY but the return address that FRY had on their Paypal account didnt exists in the USPS database (they basically had a fake address on their Paypal account) so I couldnt return the device to them. I contacted Paypal support and told them what happend over the phone and the regular Paypal support staff couldnt help me so I had to escalate to a Paypal supervisor. The Paypal supervisor investigated the case, called FRY to have them update the address on their Paypal account, and even after FRY updated the address on their Paypal account to a new address the Paypal Supervisor told me that FRY changed the address to a field in the middle of nowhere in Germany. The Paypal supervisor ruled the Paypal case in my favor and I got my money back for the Satellite miner that never worked without having to return the device to FRY but it was a hard fought battle to get FRY to do the right thing when a device that they sent me didnt work.
