The tutors are honestly amazing! Jasmine is the best,she makes everything so much easier to understand and actually fun to learn. She’s really helped build up my confidence and made me realise how smart I am (I’m actually above average!). She’s super relatable and communicates everything so well. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Working as a tutor with Full Spectrum Education was a rewarding and enriching experience. The company’s personalised, one-on-one tutoring model allowed me to make a meaningful impact on each student’s academic progress, tailoring sessions to suit their individual needs, learning styles, and goals.

Full Spectrum Education provided a strong support system for tutors, ensuring we had access to high-quality teaching resources, clear communication channels, and ongoing professional guidance. The team really listen!

Full Spectrum pulled us out of a hole when we were at our lowest. Ben’s expertise and positive support got our Autistic son back enjoying learning after being kicked out of school. The tutors were amazing in their care and support, and gave valuable written feedback after every session. I fully recommend them.

FSE does not have enough tutors available to cover for tutors’ circumstances like teacher getting sick or having other emergencies. There is no flexibility and no transparency in their dealings. There is no human element of compassion in the way they operated. There is lack of communication and they make false promises to get your money and have you signed into their T&C.

If you are planning to use them maybe do not agree on direct debit or payment in full as you would be paying up front and you may not receive lessons, and then your lessons would expire at the end of each term and as far as FSE is concerned they have their “agreement” entitling them to keep the funds you paid for the term even if they did not provide the service. Only pay for the lessons when a tutor actually comes to provide a lesson.

We had five different tutors from October 2023 to April 2024 and a direct debit set up, tutors left due to health issues, family matters, or that is what we were told.

Painful to motivate a teenager to do schoolwork, so FSE knew we really wanted to have the same tutor. In January 2024 we were asked to pay in full for the next six months in order to secure tutor two who was apparently in great demand. The week after we paid our tutor two was no longer available. Finding us a tutor took a couple of weeks. That tutor stayed for a few weeks only and cancelled sessions on us and then also disappeared all together which is when we received a standard email that if we do not use make up sessions by the final week of term one sessions will expire and for term one we had 3 out of 11 sessions we paid for. We wanted to cancel the agreement with FSE but Ben, the CEO himself offered to be our tutor and he cancelled on us with a few hours notice on the first lesson he was supposed to show and was extremely rude on the phone.

FSE breached their contract multiple times and did not provided the services they promissed. I asked for partial refund as I paid for 22 sessions. FSE refused. I reached out to Australian Tutoring Association which was the dispute resolution body stipulated in the contract and as such FSE was bound by the Code of Conduct of the association. Turned out FSE were not a member and since FSE removed that clause from their T&C. I lodged an application with VCAT for the partial refund for the sessions which we did not have.

VCAT costs $70 and is easy to do, just providing a chronogolical order of the events and the documents / emails / text messages. Took about one year of waiting at VCAT but eventually FSE paid us back.

In our case all cancellations were by FSE, yet FSE was extremely stern with us despite the fact that they did not provide us with a tutor and we experienced cancellation, after cancellation. I cannot even imagine if the cancellations were due to a sick child or a sick parent and made by the family.

FSE cannot give us back the time we wasted.

Our older daughter was struggling with Year 12 VCE and Full Spectrum Education came to the rescue. Ben and the team were very helpful and accommodating and flexible around her work schedule and she made it through.

Now our younger daughter is dealing with a bunch of issues and with Year 12. Once again Ben and the team stepped up, were super helpful and have provided her with a well-suited tutor in double-quick time.

If your child needs a bit of support at school or wants to level up, you won't find better than FSE. They are just fantastic, great communicators and committed to enhancing the entire learning experience.

Mandy was phenomenal! So patient, good with a fidgety easily distracted child. She has improved my daughter’s attendance at school and grades. Thank you so much!!!

Su Ann was fantastic with my 3 kids aged 8,10,12. She was very encouraging and my kids were engaged in learning English and Maths / comprehension. Also helped with taking tests for schools as we were in process of moving overseas.

I have twins in grade 3, both have struggled to maintain pace with their peers. I decided to look into additional tutorials, after an exhausting process I stumbled across Full Spectrum Education.

To my surprise after my initial reach out I received a call from the founder Ben Maher we hit it off immediately and felt very comfortable that he would place the correct educator to meet my children’s needs.

I couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. My twins have a 2 hour session each weekly with Patel who is amazing, his attention to detail, patience, knowledge and the rapport he has built with us and our children is something special.

I’m not one for writing reviews- but I must give credit where it’s due. 100% highly recommended.

The team at full spectrum were great with the kids. They would understand their learning styles and then develop activities to embed the concepts into their learning. Homework activities were also easy to manage as a parent. Highly recommend

FSE came into our house to tutor our son who was struggling with maths. The tutor was able to teach the techniques in such a way that made sense and turned our sons grades around. We also saw a big improvement in his attitude. Very happy with the service and the results.
