This company is scamming investors. You can deposit funds with no problem. However, you can't withdraw your same funds unless you deposit an equivalent amount. i.e. let's say you have $50k in your account and want to withdraw $25k. In order to do so, you have to come up with $25k more to retrieve your money. SCAM!!! SCAM!! SCAM!!
I withdrew money on a prior occasion, but when I went to with draw all my funds, they changed the address that I cut and pasted from Coinbase, so the money never was moved back to my account. They claim I input the wrong address, but that's impossible when I cut and past the exact address. Total losses $6k+ SCAM!
