Somewhat concerning that they have a form mail for this...

I am still waiting for my refund.

I paid to have my order received in 5-8 days because I was running out. 3 days after I purchased RX biotics I got notified they received my order. 5 days after that, they told me they had a "problem with their supplier" and it would be shipped out in 4 days. Three days after it was supposed to be shipped out, I still have no word about the product, whether it was shipped out or not. I can never reach anyone live, I can only leave a message on the answering machine. They don't call back or answer my emails.

Culturelle is pretty pricey anywhere you get it, but Fubao Health has about the best price around and this particular brand has great quality. Great experience. Rec'd product as expected and shipping was very fast. A++
