this company is a Hong Kong scam store you will not recive goods and there will be no communication

Unfortunately like others I have been scammed by this company I ordered in April 2025 and they took $90 for a $29 purchase but it has never arrived and I have sent many emails all saying order on the way but nothing ever comes. Very disappointing and its so dishonest

Fubsta shipped quickly and the bottle size was as expected. You don't really have to use a lot to cover your face and neck. I use it in the evenings and it absorbs quickly and doesn't dry out my skin. There is no noticeable odor. Does it work? It is no game changer, but what is? I've tried much more expensive products and get the same outcome. I'm not expecting to look decades younger but I would like to slow the look of aging. So far, this product is on par with everything else I've tried.

Ordered from this company March 7, still have not received my order. Emailed them and kept getting a link to tract the package. But the tracking date never changed. As of May 9, still have not received it. Do not order from them!!

I placed an order on March 30,2025 and have not received it yet!! I have contacted customer service and they have not done anything about it!!

I ordered and paid for a Bikenda Advanced Non-Invasive Glucose monitor with multifunction's and received a basic unit. I've notified the company and they requested proof of purchase I've tried to send copies of the order, their acceptance of the order and a copy of the Paypal receipt to a Marion in customer service and it keeps coming back saying the site doesn't exist.

Never reply to an email, can not track item, only get it's on the way. Bought item for my dog for $68.98 but got charged $98.22 and am still waiting 3 weeks later. A very dishonest site

I placed my order on March 10th as of today April 3rd I have received nothing

This is a total scam. Never ever try to order anything from them. Took my money then never even acknowledged my order. Never responded to 10+ emails. Just keeps sending reminders about my “forgotten” items.

Took my money! No product yet. I ordered brow pen on March 7th. Didn’t have a choice not to select express shipping. I couid have waited. I was charged approx $39.00 for a brow pen. I still have not received it. It’s March 28th. I keep writing and now they send a new wrong tracking number saying it was delivered. But went back and clicked the first original tracking number and it says the USPS will not deliver - not enough postage! I have asked for a full refund. I wanted the product but this is too much. The pen was maybe on sale and the rest was for secure and speedy shipping. These people took my money. There is no contact number only emails. I am a Senior and need my money or the product. This company should be investigated.

I am ashamed of myself for falling for this hype. I bought the product, none of the pumps work, so you have to dig out the cream with a q-tip. I tried it for a few days, but nothing happened. Tried to contact them with no success. I have six unopened jars that will be going out into the garbage unless I can finally get through to them to get some sort of refund.

If I could give them 000000 stars I would! I ordered the microblade eye pen on March 6th, and here it is March 24th! First of all, they were only supposed to have charged my debit card $39.99, but when I checked my account, they had charged my card $49.99. Then the tracking number that I was given, it took me all around the world literally!! The customer service number was not in service, and I sent an email, and didn't get a response from that either! Then I was redirected to supposed to have been a live chat, and this person was asking for one dollar using my debit card, in order to track my package! I'm reporting Fubsta to the Better Business Bureau Asap!

This company is nothing but a scam. The cat I ordered for my granddaughter looks nothing like the one advertised. There is nothing real about it. I could have bought one like this from Kmart, and it would have been better than the one I ordered. Do NOT order anything from this company. The ad also claims it is Australian made. Another lie!

I ordered a cat but does not look like the add and they took extra money out of my credit card. Reported to credit card company. They don’t respond to emails. They advertise Australian made and it say made in china. They are a rip off company and stay away from them.

I ordered 2 animal toys and although they looked realistic in the advertising photos, when they arrived they looked terrible. One had a broken leg.
They overcharged by $20 and refuse to reply.
It’s awful as I ordered them for my husband who has Alzheimer’s

Absolute scam. What a rip off. Shame on u for scamming people.

Over charged and PayPal got some money back and when goods arrived box was what I ordered but contents was an oximeter which I did not want. Currently PayPal is trying to get my money back but I do not hold out much hope. They appear to trade under numerous names so who do you approach for a refund, Got to be a SCAM.

Its scam company be careful customers this company make full misleading information about their products
