The website was easy to navigate, and it was easy to purchase and apply a discount code. My right sneaker is a little narrow, if I order again I’ll go a half size larger than the sneaker size I usually wear.

Jackie at Fuego Shoes provided excellent customer service throughout what turned out to be a complicated delivery situation. She was responsive, professional, and communicated clearly at each step, which I truly appreciated.

Although the issue itself stemmed from a mismatch between the shipping carrier, OnTrac, and a USPS street-addressed PO Box, Jackie handled the situation with care and followed through on updates. She also proposed a reasonable resolution plan when it initially appeared the package would need to be returned and reshipped.

Ultimately, the package was delivered, but only due to an exception at the local post office rather than a reliable or authorized process. Based on prior experience, this type of delivery scenario carries some risk, so I would encourage Fuego to consider providing clearer visibility into shipping methods at checkout. This would allow customers to choose an address that is fully compatible with the carrier being used.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Jackie’s support and appreciate the attention given to resolving the situation.

My rose gold low top dance shoes arrived promptly 4 days after I placed the order. This is my third pair of Fuego and the rose gold is beautiful and got lots of compliments. The shoes are comfortable and make me a better dancer.

The boots were beautiful, but, they didn’t suit me so I sent them back ☹️

As a Souline Dancers these shoes are the best for turning and Spinning on the wood floors my second pair they true to size.

The split sole pink ballet sneakers are very nice for dancing. They are very soft and supple, and can get you through a ballet class with good support for your feet. However, if they were going to be conducive to proper ballet technique, you might consider a design that did not include the widened heel that protrudes beyond the shoe. This heel does not allow the movement through first position very well. Since first position requires heels to touch before any other position can be accomplished accurately, these protruding heels get in the way of sliding in and out of all positions in ballet. For ballet sneakers, I would suggest you get rid of these “fat” heels. Ballet does not need them. Without this feature, I think these would be a perfect ballet sneaker. However, the heels are just too bulky and unnecessary to accomplish the severe technical demands of a true ballet sneaker. Please consider this. Many adult ballet dancers could really benefit from a supportive shoe that allows the heels to touch without a bulky piece of rubber that won’t allow it. Consider shaving it down to make it flush with the shoe. Thank you. Please let me know if you are going to redesign this shoe. I will definitely recommend them to all of my students.
