Bought 600 litres of heating oil at a good price, just before prices tripled. WCF only delivered part of my order with about 200 litres missing. They realised that they are making a loss due to increase in the price. They said they will refund the rest.

Really bad as I had a contract for 600 litres. I still need the oil and would have to pay hundreds of pounds more.

Fuelfighter will not do anything to help.

Very dissapointed and it is just a way to protect themselves. No doubt they do this with every customer. We were smart as we bought before prices went up and paid for it. Is this legally right. I will take legal action if I can.

I WANT THE OIL I PAID FOR NOT A REFUND

£20 cheaper. Not delivered on date agreed. No warning of not intending to deliver. Now out of heating oil and have to pay £50 for boiler to be bled. Not a happy customer and NEVER use again. WCF chandler's know I will be out of oil and never offered to pay for boiler to be bled. Poor service from start to finish.

Not independent oil quote. The site is owned by Chandlers which has a terrible reputation for unreliability. They give cheap quote, but then fail to deliver and use all kinds of excuses.

I have bought heating oil from fuelfighter several times over the last few years. Their website works well and you can choose a quick delivery for a slightly higher price or opt for the economy price delivered several days away. Prices have tended to be cheaper than the online competition. Delivery has always gone well for me with a phone call to advise the exact day.
