Fuldo ile çalışmanın iş hayatımda yarattığı fark inanılmazdı. Müşteri hizmetleri ekibiyle iletişim kurmak çok kolay ve onların desteği sayesinde süre bakımından sıkışık birçok sorunumu kolayca aşabildim. Ürünlerin zamanında ve eksiksiz olarak teslim edilmesi konusunda gösterdikleri özen de işimi oldukça rahatlattı. Herhangi bir sorun yaşadığımda ekibin hızlı ve etkili çözümler ürettiğini görmek güven verici. Benim ürünlerime sanki kendi ürünleriymiş gibi baktıklarını hissettiriyor, iade süreçlerinde de oldukça pratik çözümler sunuyorlar. Onlar sayesinde iadelerden dahi zarar etmedim, ürünlerimin bakımını sağlayıp yeniden satılabilir hale getirdiler. Tabii ürünlerim öyle kırılabilir şeyler değildi, ondan rahat oldu.
