Fulgur Wallet is a complete scam. I deposited funds (related to FTN) about 5 days ago on December 7, 2025. The money never appeared in my wallet.
Their support asked for POA, SOW, and SOF documents for "verification." I provided everything immediately and in full.
After that – total silence. They stopped responding to all my messages and completely ignored me. No updates, no crediting of funds, nothing.
This is a classic scam tactic: they request KYC documents after deposit, then ghost you and keep your money.
DO NOT use Fulgur Wallet or anything related to FTN coin if you don't want to lose your money forever. Stay away! There are tons of similar complaints – people deposit crypto, get blocked or ignored, and funds disappear.
Spread the word to protect others. This "wallet" should be shut down.

I made multiple withdrawal requests on Fulgur Wallet and NONE of them were processed.
More than 5 transactions are pending for days and no TXID is provided.
I contacted them on Telegram but only received vague and delaying answers.

This platform is completely unreliable and raises strong suspicions of fraud.
If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this case to
the Cyber Crime Unit, Prosecutor’s Office, and report Fulgur Wallet
on every possible international complaint platform.

I do not recommend this service. They delay withdrawals for many months, making endless excuses, and ultimately fail to process payouts. It feels like a scam designed to keep your funds indefinitely.

If you are looking for a place to keep your money safe DO NOT USE this service. i don't know why they are not ban. They are scammers. I got my account blocked right after I transfert 70$ in bitcoin to my Bitcoin fulgur wallet adress. Probably the system thought this is a big amount and follow order to block my fund so that the team can share it. Anyway. If you love your many avoid this. I am not yhe only one. My friend also got his account blocked and could not unblocled it.

It is not recommended to use this application payment, because many people have been deceived.There are several people who have lost their funds, lost their accounts, even I myself have not received the funds that I have transferred with the statement pending for almost a week, this company has changed.

Legit big fat scam wallet.
I exchanged my FTN 312/ into ETH
Which was worth around 1010 Canadian dollar 24hours ago.
The payment went successful into Fulgur pay address but i still haven’t received my ETH for til now which have been around 24hour.
Funny thing is ETH since yesterday and til now has been dropped over 20 percent of its price and keep decreasing. Its annoying that crypto exchange taking this much of a time but also i won’t get paid proper amount of ETH that i expected when i made my decision to exchange. Support team just read my message and ending up ignoring. Gonna start upload the proof of my transaction record and the chats with the agent from Fulgur pay
