Do NOT use this company!

I called to make a booking at 9:24 - we spoke for 3 minutes. when I called back at 9:30 to say I wanted to make sure it was leaking could I pause the booking I was told they would charge me £90 (that includes VAT) cancelation fee as apparently they are the only plumbing company in the UK that can send a plumber and them be on the road to me in 2 minutes. I tried to leave a google review but they don't have that option as they want to scam more people!!
