I started using Bookwhen 6 years ago for group fitness classes. When I started Sports Massage 2.5 years ago I needed a system that could securely store sensitive data and I couldn’t do that on Bookwhen so I have been running with 2 systems until I found FullDiary! We have now easily integrated all the information with any new features being added quickly.
My clients find FullDiary easy to use and really straightforward. There are features, such as the ability to sell and use gift vouchers and SMS reminders that I didn’t have before.
And last but not least having an actual person to contact and help me through the whole process has been fantastic!
