Extremely poor service from management and cleaning skills!
I hired FCS owned by Juan on a contracting basis to fulfil my clients cleaning bookings. His team received a lot of complaints over the months re poor cleaning skills and a language barrier as they could not speak communicative English, only Spanish.
I quality checked an end of tenancy service and the cleaning was so poor: no vacuuming underneath the beds, dust left on blinds, skirting boards, door frames, no vacuuming behind moveable furniture. I was very shocked.
The last job I sent FCS was when his team cleaned a marble sink and the seal came off on one side. They simply left the sink detached for the customer to find without informing them or myself! The customer wanted the whole sink refitted which I did not agree with but was happy to refund a % for the repairs. I covered part of refund and Juan agreed to pay the rest, as it was his team's damages. However, til this day he ignored all my messages and never paid! Not even a simple apology. This is a total lack of integrity as a fellow business owner, and he has no accountability.
At the time of the incident Juan had not set up this trust pilot page, I have only just found it to leave a review. I hope in future he does better as a business owner.
