I will Never use this company again
I will Never use this company again. I used them to insure many horses and when I sell a horse I like to switch the insurance over to another horse but the admin is diabolical and never respond and when I call they say they haven't receivied even though I sent many times and cc*d my solicitor into any business transactions. Today my wife tried to insure a new horse and was shouted at by the alledged owner of the company Fernando who was rude obnoxious and threatening over the phone. There has been hearsay about the angry owner but I never payed too much attention to it untill today.
This man and his company are misogynistic unprofessional and aggressive and I implote anyone who wants to insure there horses with some peace of mind to avoid them with the proverbial bargepole.
