My brother’s experience with this builder has been deeply upsetting and financially devastating, and I feel it’s important to share it so others can make informed decisions.
He agreed to a 12‑week renovation plan with a clear payment schedule and approved building plans. Despite this, the builder took the full payment early on and delivered only a small amount of work — much of it poorly executed, not in line with the agreed plans, and in some cases not even submitted to building control for approval. This has left the property non‑compliant and completely uninhabitable.
Because of this, my brother has been left without a home. He has been living out of a bag, relying on temporary arrangements, and dealing with the emotional and financial fallout of a renovation that was never properly completed. The stress has been so severe that he has required medical intervention. No one should be put through this level of hardship by a contractor they trusted.
Based on our experience, I strongly urge anyone considering this builder to proceed with extreme caution. Ensure every step is documented, independently verified, and approved by building control before making any payments. Our family would not want anyone else to go through what my brother has endured.
