Poor customer service/communication
Very disappointed with level of customer service. Been a regular customer for several years for boiler service - straightforward. Arrived for boiler fault, disabled the boiler and left us with dripping boiler not working so no hot water or central heating. Promised to return with spare part. 10 days later still no contact, email x2, phone x1 txt x1, eventually email at 13 days to say leg injury and wouldn't be able to do the job - to get someone else. Even with a leg injury you can speak on a phone email or txt. Very disappointing customer communication - would not recommend or use again since no qualms leaving us without heat or hot water.
