Had the farm theme bouncy castle, soft play and ball pit for 25 children for my son’s 3rd birthday party. It was amazing! My son loved the farm theme and the children loved it, they didn’t stop playing. Good price too! Would definitely recommend

Really happy with the service from start to finish! Adam arrived early and set up the bouncy castle and ball pit for us, explained everything clearly including any safety aspects which was much appreciated . He was also very understanding and friendly when the kids kept on getting in the way of set up! He arrived at the agreed time to take everything down and all in all it was a very smooth experience and would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks!

Fabulous service from start to finish….had the best family Christmas party after hiring the grotto….magical day for the kiddies and the adults even danced away inside the grotto after Santa left.

Great service from Full of Bounce. All set up so easy and so quick. The dino bouncy castle we had was brilliant, the kids absolutely loved it, they were in it all day! Would definitely use them again.

We always hire Full of Bounce to supply a bouncy castle and a ball pit for our Killay Children's Fun Day. They are reliable and good value. This year the bouncy castle was a fire engine with a slide which the children loved! The ball bit has air jets for the children to balance balls on (a nice distraction from them throwing the balls out of the ball pit!!!) (19th August, Reference number 5898)

This is the second time I’ve booked a bouncy castle from Full Of Bounce, and once again, they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free – which is exactly what you want when planning an event with children involved!

The booking process was incredibly easy and efficient, with quick responses to my queries and clear communication throughout. On the day, the delivery team arrived exactly on time, were friendly and courteous, and had everything set up safely and quickly. The bouncy castle itself was immaculate – spotlessly clean, vibrant, and in perfect condition. It looked even better than the pictures online!

AVOID THIS COMPANY – POOR SERVICE & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
An extremely disappointing experience. Despite being charged an additional “cleaning fee”, the bouncy castle arrived in a filthy condition. We witnessed the birthday child’s mother on her hands and knees scrubbing it down before any of the children could safely use it. This was uncomfortable to watch and completely unacceptable, especially for a paid service.

When the equipment was collected, there was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to put things right—only dismissive behaviour and smug laughter. Zero professionalism, zero accountability.

To make matters worse, it appears they try to actively remove or report negative reviews instead of responding constructively. Based on what we and other families witnessed, the condition of their equipment and their lack of customer care is a clear recurring issue.

If you’re planning a special occasion, do yourself a favour and book with a company that takes pride in their service. This one clearly doesn’t.

Been using Martin for 5 years now, can’t fault his services and booked him last minute on the weekend and he managed to fit me in and made my kids day as he’s obsessed with monster trucks and couldn’t find anyone else with something suitable, will continue to use his services as the staff turn up on time and keep everything in mint condition.

My children attended their friend's party over the weekend where they had hired inflatables and things for the children to play on. We arrived a bit early and the parents of the child was having to clean the bouncy castle inside and outside with wet wipes due to the people who put it up leaving it in a terrible state and it was in no shape for young children to play on.

Pictures was taken before the parents had cleaned it and after as proof.

They have had nothing but trouble from the owner of the business where personally I think they should take accountability on the state of how it was left in.

Would not recommend this company at all.

Dirty bouncy castles for a child’s party🤮 do not use.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have the cheek to charge a fee on top of the price to hire the bouncy castle to clean their equipment.... I don't think they know how to clean. My child attended a birthday party on the weekend and we physically seen the mum on her hand and knees cleaning the filthy bouncy castle before the kids were able to use it. No apology or any act to make things right from the manager/owner. Very appalling. Also flagging and removing any bad reviews they receive as they can't own up to their mistakes.

I took my children to their friends birthday party on Sunday afternoon, we arrived early to help with decorations and the mum of the birthday child was on her hands and knees using wet wipes to clean the inflatable. It was left by the company absolutely filthy and was not suitable for the kids to go straight into.
The mum raised a complaint after the party, (photos were taken before cleaning) and was met with nothing but rude comments and sly remarks. How they could think it’s ok to leave an inflatable in this state for young children to use is disgusting.
I do not recommend using this company, absolutely vile.

They were fast at setting up the bouncy castles and they were very polite. They have a range of bouncy castles and other fun options to choose from. All their castles are clean and ready for children to bounce!

They were fast at replying and gave me exact prices and times. They showed up on time too. I have to say, I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I have recommended to everyone who came to the party, they were also impressed by the company. I think if you need a bouncy castle, this company is the best option around.
