Excellent product will buy again. I preferred it to the other ceremonial grade options. I like the “chunk” format the cacao comes and enjoy the process of preparing it. Delivery was a little slow.

Excellent product

Excellent product! My morning Cacao is as essential part of my daily routine. I had the pleasure to train with Liam last July at the Full Power Cacao Facilitator Training in Wales and it transformed my life, he is genuinely a true rare gem, wanting to help as many people as possible upgrade in their lives and he has a very unique, clever, witty way of helping people truly upgrade and step fully into their own power ❤️

Powerful and magical xx

Liam and the full power team deliver exactly what they promise... connection, energy, and transformation! Since being introduced a year ago, their cacao recipes are now a part of my daily routine and I was fortunate enough to attend their Brighton Cacao Ceremony for an amazing healing experience. They are not afraid to be authentically themselves; gorgeous souls spreading joy and helping others open their hearts and minds. I highly recommend their delicious products and life-changing events, and I'm forever grateful for each time we cross paths on this messy but beautiful journey 🙏 until the next time! x

Worst experience of my life

Hello,

We attended the Liverpool ceremony on Saturday 28th March 2026.

To begin with, the event started late and there was no communication to attendees about the delay. While we understand that delays can happen, the lack of any update immediately created a sense of disorganisation and set a negative tone for the rest of the experience.

Throughout the ceremony, there was frequent use of strong and explicit language. This felt inappropriate for what was presented as a sacred healing space. At no point in the event description was it indicated that this type of language would be used. In fact, explicit words were used far more frequently than any meaningful reference to cacao or the intended purpose of the ceremony.

The description stated that attendees would leave feeling “empowered, rejuvenated and with a renewed thirst for life.” Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. We left feeling unsettled, disempowered, and emotionally unbalanced.

Rather than feeling supported in a safe and grounded environment, the overall atmosphere felt unstable and uncomfortable. We genuinely feel that we now need additional support to rebalance ourselves after attending. A ceremony of this nature should be facilitated with far greater care, responsibility, and integrity.

There was also a particularly inappropriate moment where the facilitator made a comment about going to prison and being “bummed,” using it in a derogatory and humiliating context. This was followed by remarks about gay people that implied negativity or judgement. As two gay men, we found this deeply uncomfortable and felt that it carried clear undertones of homophobia.

For a space that promotes healing, inclusivity, and openness, these comments were entirely out of place and made us feel unsafe and unwelcome.

Additionally, the facilitator stated something along the lines of “two people left my last event but I still got the money,” which gave the impression that attendees’ wellbeing was not a priority.

Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable and misaligned ceremonies we have ever attended. It did not reflect the values or experience that were advertised.

As a result, we are requesting a full refund but the organizer is taking people's money and not delivering what is prompted

Worst ceremony ever

We went to the Liverpool ceremony Sat 28th March 2026
Firstly, the event started late and no one communicated this to attendees. While delays can happen, the lack of communication set the tone for what unfortunately became a very uncomfortable experience.
Throughout the ceremony there was a significant amount of swearing. This felt extremely inappropriate for what was presented as a sacred healing ceremony. Nowhere in the event description did it indicate that explicit language would be used throughout. In fact, the word “F***” was used more times than anything relating to cacao or the intention of the ceremony itself.
The event description stated: “You’ll leave feeling empowered, rejuvenated and with a renewed thirst for life.” Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. We left feeling disempowered and emotionally unregulated.
Rather than feeling supported or safely held, the environment felt ungrounded and unsafe. We genuinely feel we now need to seek further healing to rebalance our energy after the experience. A ceremony intended to be sacred should be facilitated with far greater care, responsibility, and integrity.
There was also a deeply inappropriate moment during the ceremony where the facilitator said that if he went to prison he would “get bummed,” speaking about it in a derogatory way that implied humiliation. He then made comments about gay people that suggested there was something wrong with being gay. As two gay men, we found this extremely uncomfortable and felt it carried an undertone of homophobia.
For a space that claims to promote healing, openness and acceptance, these kinds of remarks felt completely out of place and created an atmosphere that did not feel safe or inclusive.
In addition, he made a comment along the lines of “two people left my last event but I still got the f**** money,” which gave the impression that attendees’ wellbeing was not the priority.
Overall, this was one of the strangest ceremonies we have ever attended and it went directly against the values that were being promoted. We do not feel that the event matched what was advertised.
This has been posted because we are unable to get a refund for such a horrible so called healing experience.

The best cacao I’ve ever had

The best cacao I’ve ever had. Perfect flavour, fair price and the energies in this cacao are more powerful than any other cacao I’ve had. I’ll never buy it from anywhere else.

Distressing stall interaction at the Stockport Vegan Festival

The older brand ambassador with blonde hair and glasses present at the Stockport Vegan Festival certainly did not do your brand any favors today.
A shame as I came to your stall first to compliment on the gorgeous branded van parked outside but I was treated unfairly just because wanted to know what I was being offered (the sample)
First of all, I cannot have gluten, but the sample was handed to me containing oat, without any mention of this.
Second, I track macros and calories, asked her if I could check the calorie content, and she insisted it had 0 calories (which of course is impossible unless it's water), that is was just a plant and any calories are added by adding milk and sugar to the drink. I said, "But it's like chocolate is it not?" Answer: "No, not at all - it's cacao. It's just beans from a plant, it has 0 calories."
So I drank it.

When I was finally able to check the nutritional table at the back of the packet, it jumped at me that the product was over 50% fat, as you would expect from cacao.
When I mentioned it, I was told " Right. but it's natural"
Obviously, but that was not my concern, was it?
"Okay. And why would you want to know that anyway?"
"Because I'm tracking my calories"
"And why would you want to do that?"
"Because I'm trying to lose weight"
Absurd conversation to have because you just couldn't inform me properly about your product when asked in the first place.

She became visibly annoyed for being confronted about her lack of knowledge of the product she is paid to showcase, and started raising her voice and invading my personal space, gesturing emphatically trying to reach out to touch me and forcefully grabbing my hand to shake hers, saying very arrogantly "Oh, thank you! If it weren't for you, I wouldn't know the product."

As if this hasn't been enough of a vulgar display, she asked me "And where is it that you're from?" (I have a foreign accent and olive skin) probably as a last resort after running out of arguments to damage the image of the brand in front of me, her colleague and the few customers around the stall.

I remember the passage from Dragons Den and this does not feel like it fits within your brand ethos. Please do better.

Fantastic product

Been purchasing this product since watching Dragons Den. Me and my husband have this as a Cacao melted drink every morning, using oat milk with coconut sugar. We have recently purchased the Dualit, which so much easier and gives a smooth velvety drink.
I also just eat a small amount of Cacao as a snack during the day

My Favourite Cacao!

I have tried a few brands of Ceremonial Cacao and this one is the deepest, richest flavour. A truly comforting drink and part of my grounding ritual.
The price point is at the high end of the market for 1KG. I had wondered if Liam's latest record sized order from Venezuela may have brought the price down as bulk buys normally equal a better deal, but it appears not.

Super speedy delivery of cacao

Super speedy delivery of cacao, which is delicious. I have bought a few bags now and the quality is excellent. I would recommend this product and company to anyone who likes a less sugary drinking chocolate.
