To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Fullsend is a China dropshipping agent based in Shenzhen. We work with online store owners who sell on Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopee, Lazada and more, and we handle everything behind the store. What we do Product sourcing: we go straight to verified factories, negotiate for you and show you the real cost, line by line. Order fulfilment: your orders sync to us automatically. We pick, pack and ship each one and send the tracking back to your store. Quality control: every order is checked against your approved sample and photographed before it leaves. Custom branding: logo boxes, printed inserts, thank-you cards and stickers, from 1 unit. Warehousing: hold your best sellers in our Shenzhen warehouse to lock in unit costs and ship faster. Shipping: tracked, duties-paid delivery to the UK and EU in 4–8 days, the US in 6–12 days and Australia in 7–12 days. After-sales: if an item arrives defective or gets lost in transit, we resend it or refund you. How we work Every client gets a dedicated account manager on WhatsApp, plus a backup. We reply within 30 minutes during business hours. There is no subscription and no setup fee: you send a product link and get your landed cost within 24 hours. Questions?
