Customers Beware!!

Customers Beware!!! This company is a scam!! After receiving an order that was incomplete I emailed them to let them know the order was incomplete and sent them a photo to show them what I received. Only received one email back in response that said my order was a priority (yeah right) and they were looking into it? Have sent many emails since and still have not heard anything back!!! So now they are choosing to ignore my emails, no resolution or refund for me. I have reported this company to be a FRAUD so consumers beware...do not order from this company , you will be SCAMMED. Save your money and order from a legit company like Amazon who actually cares about their customers and when something is not right with your order they will make it right.

My order #4462 Smart GPS Cat Collar – Pet GPS Tracker × 1
Blue (28-33cm)

I email them over 5 hours ago, their site said customer service is 24/7. It would be nice if they email me back today. I paid over $80.00 cdn for cat tracker blue colour, what I received was a black large collar with the tracker for a dog or a bigger cat (maybe tiger) because the one I received is huge. I want a refund and please tell me how to ship it back, which you should be paying for the shipping because it was not what I ordered. Could someone get back to me today. Thank you!
