Use somebody that responds to potential clients

I contacted this company by e mail and facebook and a phone call asking for a quote. I sent pictures with the e mail and told them what I wanted. This company was recommended to me by a couple of their previous customers. Sadly, they did not respond at all to any of my contact requests. If this happened in a normal conversation you would say the other person was ignorant and rude. I see no difference here. I would like to make other potential customers aware of this. I can see they have read my fb messages and can only assume they don't want the business??
