Very worst experience with this site and app. As I have deposited amount and same is not reflecting since 2 week. Many departments chat with me on this complaint. All screenshots were shared but this may ignored by this guys. Make sure everyone to do not deposit any amount on this site, this guys are making fool and fraud suspect. There is chat boat like peter, danny and many more are just giving timeline to resolve problems and after that not getting any resolution

I have placed 31500 rupees withdrawal on 8:00 am, and 2 times reverted after that showing time out, now time is 07:30p. Till now I m not received my withdrawal money. I have informed customer support more than 20 times no on responded me correctly. They told me that wait sometime since morning. Kindly request you all players please don't play anyone in this fraud fun88club website.

I have been using Fun88 for around 1 year. On 26 August 2025, I placed a withdrawal of ₹25,700, and the amount was successfully received in my bank account.

However, after 7 months, on 7 March 2026, I suddenly received a cyber crime complaint related to that transaction, and the amount has now been placed on lien in my bank account. This has created a serious problem for me.

I tried to contact Fun88 support through WhatsApp, but they only read the messages and ignore them. Then I contacted their in-app live chat support, and they simply said that the time limit is over and I should have contacted earlier.

How is that possible? I received the complaint only on 7 March 2026, which is 7 months after the withdrawal.

They closed the chat immediately without helping. Also, the withdrawal history only shows the last 1 month, so older transaction details are not visible.

This behavior is very suspicious and irresponsible. Because of this issue, my bank account amount is now on lien and I am facing serious trouble.

In my opinion, this is a pure scam and cheating platform taking money from people without responsibility.

I strongly advise everyone not to use this betting website.

Guys it,s a big scam you will get your account marked lien by cyber crime department once you start getting profit out of them this has happened with me thrice now including today......they only want you to loose by delaying deposits and frustrating you by holding your winnings for long .....eventually making you loose money several times .. will show you proof and screenshots

I never had problem with this site or app. What I liked is the time taken for withdrawals and it's less than 4 hours. I liked the b2b and exchange in betting. What is horrible is it's customer service and most of them can't understand complex situations

Fun88 is running a scam all the games they have is only for their profile, not for any one.

Third class application wherein you need to be behind them to update deposit and withdrawals. withdrawals take 2-3 days at times only when you keep on raising chats wherein the agents leave the chats unattended

Description of the issue:
My bets are wrongly CALCULATED in the Fun88 . I have bet on the tie as the result of matches and the matches which I have bet are all resulted as tie but it is reflecting as i have lost the bet .
CUSTOMER CARE :When i contacted them one of the customer care person Bhavana said that I have not bet on the tie of the matches that's why I lost and another customer care person is saying that I have lost the bet because match result are not tie
See both are saying differently one is saying i have bet on the tie of the matches but I have not won another one is saying i have not bet on the tie of the matches this clearly indicates that there is some unfair in bet calculation and cheating is being done in the Fun88 and also took the screenshots of both the customer cares chat and I also have all the screenshots of match results and bet which I am providing with you please check this matter.

Attached are screenshots and relevant documents that support my claim. I would like this matter to be thoroughly investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Please inform me of the next steps or if any additional information is needed.
