Easy to order. Dan the delivery driver was brilliant and Went though everything with me, he put the bike where I wanted it. Couldn’t fault him at all! Thanks again Dan! I will say that they could do with abit more communication prior to Delivery. I knew nothing from ordering until the day of delivery. Maybe a dispatch email or something? Ordered new carb that come new with…
Ordered new carb that come new with qwad then carb played up ordered a new 1 and sent the wrong 1 , then got told it’s a upgraded 1 and was more money and shouldn’t been the 1 stranded on bike but it was on it when came new , so should have got same 1 sent what bike came with not no fault of mine ? Messing around was a pain

Having reviewed the history, you originally ordered a Mini Moto Carburettor V3 in August 2024, and that was the part supplied against the order placed. After your review, we attempted to gather further information to understand why it did not match the carburettor fitted to your quad.
When we later received photos, we were able to identify that your quad was fitted with an upgraded carburettor setup. At that point, our team advised which replacement carburettor was required, provided a link to the correct part, and offered the option to return the previously purchased carburettor for a refund.
We completely understand why this was frustrating from your perspective, especially when you were simply trying to replace the carburettor that was already fitted to the bike. While the original order was supplied correctly, we appreciate that identifying the upgraded setup took longer than either of us would have liked.
