Have ordered from Fun Cases twice now and have been very happy with service, speed of delivery and quality of product on both occasions. Will definitely order from them again.

I’m gappy with the phone cases (Norris Helmet Pattern & pink Hawaiian flower cases) that i ordered, such great quality and can tell they will last a longer than previous companies i bought from. I will or sure be buying a load more in the future

Easy to order and very quick delivery. Lots of different choices to choose from and accommodate lots of different phone types. Quality is very good too.

Had some mishaps with the case upon original order. The customer service response was rather slow (5 days to respond and when they did it was a CEO at 10pm on a Friday evening) but the replacement case rectified all the problems of the original and was given a £5 voucher for the inconvenience. The print quality on the case is still a little bit hazy but not enough to be a problem. Maybe just slightly zooming out the image would fix this on a larger case?

Overall, after the redemption of the service and second case, I would order from them again as the case quality is decent for the price and the MagSafe is quite strong, not far behind a Spigen MagSafe strength.

After a bad start where they took too long to replace my item that was broken when I received it, they have now addressed my complaint and issued a refund and a replacement. Thank you.

Ordered a custom phone case.
All in all it's ...fine... I guess.
The text is quite blurry despite using their own custom designing tool. The black and white is also quite dull to the point you can't see some of the writing.
The picture also has this weird sheen over the whole thing which I haven't been able to get rid of.
It's definitely not the worst tool out there, but I am disappointed. Pity the company is known for ignoring and refusing to help support after you've paid them, otherwise I would be complaining this doesn't look anything like the custom design submitted.

Please note, I did put a large amount of text in different sizes as my design.

The delivery was very fast it didn’t take long to come and the thing I had ordered had came in really good shape and looked amazing! Definitely recommend this website for a birthday present!

If you’re wanting to order anything from here please DONT waste your time! They don’t let you return products! The quality of the laptop case I ordered was not only the incorrect colour but also the quality is like paper and will not protect your laptop. I emailed about returning as they got my order wrong and it’s not fit for purpose and I got a response saying they won’t accept my return. I understand if you can’t accept personalised items but when you descripne the colour to be “cream white” and it’s turn up GREEN I would expect a refund and be able to return. Honestly one of the worst places I have ever ordered off. Please AVIOD!!

My laptop case arrived super fast and is exactly what was described. Great designs as well!

The case I received is okay. However the screen protector is ordered arrived broken. Sent off an email with proof of the broken screen protector. They sent me out a replacement that is also broken! So I won’t be using this company again I’m afraid.

The cases are quite cheap looking and the screen protector arrived broken. I contacted the company who sent a holding email. A month later I had to chase and a replacement has been sent which also arrived broken due to inadequate packing.

the website was easy to use and delivery was quick. however the laptop sleeves do smell a bit like rubber but otherwise an awesome shop to buy from an i love y new laptop sleeve.
