Function Fit has been so helpful during busy periods. It means we still eat delicious meals but also get our 5 a day!! There is loads of variety and they last in the fridge very well.

Incredibly tasty and the complete opposite of “boring prep food”. Function Fit meals make lifestyle change easy with a variety of dishes that are always a joy to eat and never dry!

I was ordering food from here for 4 weeks on recommendation. While i was away on holiday I ordered food to arrive when i got home but ordered later in the day than i usually would have. I didn’t receive any confirmation of when my order would arrive just an email stating what i had ordered. When the food hadn't arrived as expected i emailed to ask where my order was and received a very rude email in reply telling me i hadnt ordered on time for that delivery (this was not made clear) and if i didnt like it i should have my money back and stop using the company.
The communication from this company throughout was poor and i only continued using them because of the recommendation however i can wholeheartedly say i would not recommend to anybody else.
I’ve now started ordering meals from Muscle food instead which are far better value for money and i am already seeing far better results after 10 days with easier organisation and communcation.

Ultimately thanks for making me choose somewhere else.

The food were fantastic, but no confirmation email when I ordered the food(twice) , no information regarding the delivery.

So far I’m loving the food! I just wish there was more veg and less rice in the lean meals.

Faultless & highly recommended

Absolutely love the food. Really struggled to find meals that were both nutritional calorie controlled and still satisfying and these meals tick all boxes. There is so much variety for you to choose from you will be spoilt for choice. I haven’t had anything I don’t like yet!

I would definitely recommend them to anybody as they will not only give you what you need but keep you full and satisfied throughout your day. 💯
