I believe Function Health offers a great service, drawing and processing bloodwork and providing results as well as clinician notes. I found it to be comprehensive and informative. I would have given 5 stars except for the automatic renewal. Upon cancelling the renewal I received a partial refund. While the service is valuable, it costs an additional $500 annually since I live in New York.

This is my fourth blood test with Function Health. Scheduling the visit was easy blood collection, prompt, and unproblematic. I really liked comprehensiveness of results and the feedback from doctor supported by AI tools.

I am enjoying learning more about what does and does not work for my body. This is HEALTH care at its best.

Professional, uncomplicated, and great feedback and advice on how to improve one’s health

The whole process was easy, smooth and quick.

I was impressed by what was involved with the entire process. I was looking for comprehensive blood work, but was happy with the comprehensive intake form & medical history process. The physician lab report tied all the test results together shedding light on my specific condition. The customized action plan & ap were a pleasant surprise.

Lots of insight on lab results. Wish they provided an actionable plan to improve markers that were out of range.

Results were quick. Alot of information about results i like that.

I love the ability to track over time. The clinician notes are invaluable. And now with the AI addition, being able to get a targeted view over the years is extraordinary! We are in control of our health. Thank you for this platform.

This was an easy process. You get so much information to enable you to make the best informed decisions about your health and wellbeing.
The clinician notes you get in reference to your bloodwork are easy to understand and it gives you recommendations for the best follow up protocols.
It's such a good baseline snapshot to find out what's going on in your body, then you know what you can be doing, should be doing, or could be doing to make a difference in your health going forward!

I love having the ability to track my personal labs regularly. I was able to make changes based on my results, and I feel great.

Results came back quickly. Good detailed information behind each one.

The only thing that I was unclear about were the genetic/DNA results that did not have a range and it wasn’t cleared to me if the results were positive or negative, good or bad.

I love Function and the service that it provides. Wish they would have started this decades ago :)

Hard to get hold of the support.
I have been trying to get my test once again, no real support in there to help until it got passed, they attempted to a chanrgeback to get there $36 , then no communication after that even i was able to see it happen in my bank account. and until now, the retest is not something they offered yet to fix their Tech stack and non communication on deadline !
