Extremely Unresponsive Support and…

Extremely Unresponsive Support and Ongoing Account Issue

I’ve been experiencing a major issue with my 5k funded account for over 35 days now. After making a profit, I was locked out of the web trading platform due to a supposed 1% drawdown. However, after thoroughly checking my account, it’s clear that no such drawdown occurred. I contacted support immediately, and they initially assured me it would be resolved quickly.

Despite this, it’s been more than a month, and nothing has changed. I've tried reaching out multiple times through support channels, live chat, and even their Discord, but I’ve received no response. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. My account remains inaccessible, and I still haven’t been given any clear answers.

I would strongly advise against using this service due to the lack of timely support and unresolved issues.

SCAM

Despite successfully completing Phase 1 and following the rules throughout the three-week period, I'm frustrated that I'm being denied access to Phase 2 due to an alleged unverified KYC. My KYC verification has been pending for two weeks, and there's no indication of rejection or any other status update. This delay and lack of transparency are incredibly stressful and make the entire Firm highly unsatisfactory. Not recommended at all
