Thank you for your feedback. We have thoroughly reviewed your case. Your first account was permanently disabled due to a violation of the daily loss rule, as per our terms. After that, you attempted to purchase a new challenge using the same transaction details already used for the first account.
Due to a system error, credentials were mistakenly sent. However, upon internal review, we found that the same payment and identification details were reused, which is not permitted under our policy. Therefore, the second account was deactivated to maintain fairness and system integrity.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience…
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Funded Firm. On Monday, 23rd June 2025, three of my open trades were suddenly closed without me hitting Stop Loss or manually closing them. No warnings, no SL breach, just vanished trades — and this isn’t the first time and now I can see trades are reaching to their targets.
Earlier incidents included:
Stop Loss being triggered on GBPCHF and AUDNZD without the market ever reaching SL levels.
SL executions that never showed on any chart — including their own MT5 platform.
When you're attempting a funded challenge where every pip matters, unexplained trade closures and phantom SL hits completely destroy trust. I raised these issues with support, but there’s no transparency or acceptable justification provided.
If you're serious about trading and expect fair execution, realistic spreads, and technical reliability, I strongly suggest reconsidering before signing up with Funded Firm. They need to fix these issues fast — or stop marketing themselves as a reliable prop firm.

I bought a 10k account, passed phase 1, and I was on phase 2. These guys closed my account, saying I have reached my limit for the day, meanwhile I haven't.
I reached out to their support team with a screenshot explaining to them I haven't reached my limit
All they said was 'our executive will reach out to you" it's been 7 days now, nothing to write home about.
just a word of advice to them, if your main purpose is to be the sheep in wolves' clothing in this industry, then some of us won't allow you to hurt traders.
we all want the right thing to be done, and if you don't do it, some of us will broadcast all social media platforms to let traders know what you are doing.
What I hate is to be cheated.

Not reliable
I have two years of experience in trading and have traded with multiple prop firms, but this firm has given me the hardest time. I wanted to give a review because I do not want anyone else to suffer like I did.
They have strict risk management rules like all other firms, but they also have some hidden rules that the system will automatically breach your account and you won't even know. The worst is the consistency rule, where trades opened within 3-minute time frame will be considered a single trade. you won't know about this rule until you buy a funded account. There are many other prop firms where you can trade hassle-free and achieve your financial goals.
Worst experience 1: I had a $50000 account with them and I made a profit of $3000 and then entered into a trade in which the trailing loss was $1800, their automated systems suddenly closed all my trades and I received a daily drawdown notification. (How can I breach daily loss limit when I'm in $1200 net profit). I escalated this situation to their support and they returned my account, but did not even bother to refund my money I lost with their own fault.
Worst experience 2 : I started trading fresh on the 25th of April, and my daily loss limit on $50000 account is 5%($2500), I opened a trade and all my trades got automatically closed when I had a trailing loss of $450. I got a notification saying you breached the daily loss limit. How Absurd??
Worst experience 3 : I bought a new account and achieved profit target of 8% in phase one fair and square, they breached my account cuz I couldn't pass the consistency rule due to the 3-minute hidden rule.
I am a profitable trader and I would recommend all my fellow traders to avoid this firm, you have hundreds of other firms where you can trade hassle free and be profitable.

Worst support team not able to connect, will share further goood or bad experience. Purchased a challege yesterday only for the first time (Honest review)
EDIT: So I had purchased the $5000 challenge but I failed it, my personal advice is to not purchase the challenge, beacuse just think how is the propfirm making profit, it is making profit from your loss then why will the firm want you to win, the firm will try its best to avoid payout. I don't wether they give payout or not but the number of people which will get payout is very less
So rather than taking a challenge from prop firm make your own real account on exeness( or any other platform) and start from a small capital but of your own.
