Not sure if I'm getting this right. My capital was $4913 yesterday, and today's daily max loss limit is $4765. I hit a high of $5205 but ended at $4989. They say I've breached the rule.

We understand why this may seem confusing at first, so let’s clarify it in the simplest way.

Your account was breached due to the Trailing Daily Drawdown rule, which works differently from a fixed daily loss.

On the day in question:

• Your starting balance: $4,913
• Your highest equity during the day: $5,205
• Drawdown limit: 4%

Once your equity reached $5,205, your new minimum allowed equity automatically moved up to $4,997.

After that, your equity dropped to $4,989, which went below the allowed limit, triggering the breach.

This rule is based on your highest equity of the day (intraday peak), not your starting balance or closing balance. Even if you end the day in profit compared to the previous day, falling below the trailing threshold at any moment results in a breach.
